OIB is one of the most beautiful East Coast islands situated between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC (each approx. a 35-40 minute drive). The island also offers mini golf, a coastal museum, wave runner rentals, fishing off the pier, beach shops and several restaurants.
