We were very pleased with the location of tge property and ease of checking in. The neighborhood is quiet and there is very little trafic. The pillows were old and stained but we brought our own pillows. We would stay there again.

Pros:- Great price for an adorable cottage- Double beds were very comfy- Nice indoor shower- Lots of dishes in kitchen- Nice location -- quiet but easy to access restaurants, groceries, and the beach- Good AC in the main room -- bedrooms were okay at night with fan on and door cracked- Nice washer and dryer- Water and ice in refrigerator door was really handyCons:- One couch takes up too much space and makes for a very tight corner to get to two bedrooms -- not a problem for us but would be for someone with mobility issues- Two large, very sticky spots on rug in kitchen- Twin beds were uncomfortable for an adult to sleep on- Sheets were a little scratchy to begin with, and especially so after getting a little sunburned - One room missing a light bulb in table lamp, and not a lot of choices for lighting if you don't like ceiling lamps- Deadbolt on front door did not work, although lock on doorknob works- Outdoor shower was nice in theory for rinsing off sand before coming inside, but the cold water hose has a leak (you can see the water running down) and it quickly got too hot to use- Only a partial roll of paper towels and a partial roll of toilet paper were provided - Wifi network name was different than provided, and host did not respond to our request for info until the next day. We three millennials were able to figure it out and get connected before the host responded, but some people might not have been able to figure it out.

Wonderful stay

Had a great stay at the cottage! Location was perfect and gave advantage of 2 great beaches-Ocean Isle and Sunset. You can’t go wrong with either one. I loved the screened in porch and sat out there every night just enjoying the quietness of the evening. Easy to book and owner was in contact before stay. Instructions are simple and there’s an entire binder that’s very helpful for places to eat and things to do. Would highly recommend to others and I hope to come back and stay again!

Cozy and convenient

Nice little place for a weekend getaway. I can't imagine six people staying in such a space but it was perfect for this couple and could have been comfortable for maybe two more. Convenient to everything we planned and to everything we needed.
