Fully renovated duplex villa. Located 900m from the city center, 600m from the beach.
In an independent Villa, quiet area.
It has an area of 70 M² including:
- 1 large air-conditioned living room with sofa bed 140 and TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen + electric barbecue.
- 1 16 m² terrace with pergola overlooking the garden and mountains.
- 1 bathroom with WC, washing machine.
- 2 bedrooms with 160 cm beds, air conditioning and TV.
- 1 bathroom with shower, WC upstairs.
The rental takes place from Saturday to Saturday, unless you wish to rent for more than a week.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
