The villa is located in an urbanization of Alcanar, 100 meters from the beach and 8 minutes from Sant Carlos de la Rapita, the tourist center of the Ebro Delta. Where there are the largest beach extensions (in the Natural Site of the Delta) in all of Spain. The local cuisine is exquisite and has all the delights of Mediterranean food. Without a doubt it is the best choice to enjoy your holidays in the South of Catalonia, where the land embraces the sea.

It has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, dining room / living room, kitchen, garage, large terrace with views, private pool, barbecue and private garden with seating area.

La maison est tres calme proche de la mer, 100m a pied les plages sont en galets surtout mais pas tres loin il y en a une petite en sable. L'hote est tres accueillant et agreable. Parle tres bien le.frzncaus

Schöner Urlaub

Die Lage ist ruhig aber schön. Es gibt einen kleinen Steinstrand der sehr schön ist und nur ca 5 min. zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Gastgeber sind super lieb und hilfsbereit. Es gibt in der Nähe eine schöne Stadt wo man gut essen gehen kann und shoppen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Vacances réussies

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances entre amis. La propriété était très agréable, suffisamment spacieuse pour 8 personnes . Le logement est très fonctionnel et appréciable. L'hôte nous a vraiment bien accueilli et tout était mise en œuvre pour se sentir à l'aise. Les petites attentions pour les locataires (glaces, boissons.... à l'arrivée) sont fortement agréable. Quant à l'extérieur de la maison tout est très bien entretenu, la piscine est vraiment un plus surtout avec les fortes chaleurs.

Casa molt còmode

Hem estat molt bé a la casa:molt ben equipada. La casa és petita però té el suficient per passar uns dies en família. Molt ben distribuïda. Tot molt net i preparat per passar uns dies amb la família. Els amos són molt acollidors. L'únic inconvenient és que la piscina no té un bon sistema de neteja i per això s'ha de canviar l'aigua cada setmana (poc ecològic i menys aquest any de sequera).

Vacaciones de total relax

Buscábamos unas vacaciones en una zona familiar y tranquila cerca de la playa. El alojamiento es muy recomendable, todo estaba en orden y muy limpio. La vivienda está a escasos metros de la playa y la piscina de la que disponen es idónea para pasar las tardes en familia. Pero sobre todo queremos recalcar el trato y la amabilidad de los dueños, son encantadores y han estado 100% pendientes de nosotros. Sin duda para repetir

Sehr schönes und Zentral Gelegenes Haus

Ich muss sagen Nuria und ihr Vater waren sehr sympathisch und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir fanden den Urlaub mit unserer Familie Perfekt es konnte nicht besser Laufen die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit aber die Umgebung an sich war sehr ruhig. Das Haus war von innen sowie von außen sehr sehr sauber in dem Haus gibt es alles was man benötigt. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das die Außen Wand nicht so hoch ist so das jeder gucken kann und die Privatsphäre verloren geht aber dies ist nur ein kleiner Schönheitsfehler. Ich bedanke mich sehr bei Nuria und ihrem Vater für diese Tolle Gastfreundschaft. Ich empfehle jedem der einen schönen und unkomplizierten Urlaub haben möchte dieses Haus.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette propriété avec nos amis. Près des plages de sable fin et d'une plage avec galet 5 minutes à pied, visite du delta, des rizières. Quartier très calme. Nous recommandons cette location, nous gardons l'adresse dans notre carnet. Nuria et ses parents sont extrêment gentils et serviables. Nuria parle très bien le français et son père parle lentement l'espagnole c'est parfait pour communiquer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous remercions Nuria et ses parents de leur générosité.

Maison propre, fonctionnelle et moderne (manque cependant un lave vaisselle). Piscine de taille modeste mais très appréciable toute la journée. Jardin ombragé à disposition. Proximité des plages et petites criques très appréciables. Accessible à pied en 5 -10 minutes. Ville de San Carles sympa avec remblais aménagé. (accessible en voiture). Hemos disfrutado de esta casa durante una semana con nuestros 2 hijos y otros amigos con 2 hijos más. Desde el primer minuto nos hemos sentido muy cómodos. La familia propietaria un 10!! Y la casa tiene todos los servicios, limpieza, muebles y todo impecable. Gracies familia repetirem el segur!! Mooooolt recomendable. En una zona super tranquila a 10min de Sant Carles i les Cases d"Alcanar. Besets!!!

Nous sommes arrivés dans une charmante maison à 5 min de la plage dans un quartier très chic. La maison à tout le confort moderne (wifi, climatisation, cuisine équipée, machine à laver...) les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et serviables. Franchement je recommande vivement cette location, j'espère pouvoir y revenir bientôt avec ma famille même hors période estivale. Un souvenir inoubliable et une gentillesse indescriptible de la part des propriétaires.
