Our house is located on a modern golf and country club development, known as “Golf Panoramica”. It is less than fifteen minutes drive from the typically Spanish seaside resort of Vinaros, with the larger towns/resorts of Benicarlo and Peniscola within 20-25 minutes’ drive. Finished in a modern style, with accommodation on two floors, and air conditioning throughout (hot and cold). Well-appointed and equipped throughout, with outdoor furniture for the large sun terrace/patio. Complete with full cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, drying facilities, ironing board and iron, television, DVD player and radio/CD player, and wifi internet. The large sun terrace with extending sun canopy overlooks the landscaped garden area and communal swimming pool facilities of the three San Jordi properties toward the 16th tee of the golf course, and is ideal for eating out at night.
This two-bedroom south-facing house is complete with a fully-fitted kitchen, spacious lounge with dining area, and comfortable bedrooms with baby facilities available on request. It offers an ideal location for a family holiday in the peaceful Spanish countryside among orange and olive tree groves and with easy access to smaller Med. beach resorts and to all their amenities.
Our English caretaker lives nearby and looks after the house; she will have prepared the house for your arrival, will meet/greet you on arrival with the keys, and is available to support you during your stay.
Note: on departure, you will need to settle directly with our caretaker at €60 for final cleaning and laundry.
