Spacious Comfortable Vacation Rental for your Family/Company Stay!

Say Bye Bye to crammed hotels and paid parking! Although VBRO/Homeaway has labeled this home to be in Pearland Texas we are located in Houston's' south/central area. We are close one mile from a major highway, between 610 and Beltway 8, 288 turns into 59 and 45. The location is convenient if you want to get to your destination fast with minimal traffic lights.
This spacious home has 4 bedroom, 2 baths, 2 full living rooms and 2 full dinning areas. This home sleeps ONLY UP TO 8 COMFORTABLY. The is ample space for air mistresses to be used upstairs. Enough to sleep 4-6 more guests. I keep thee exact amount of towels for the a number of guests implied. If the reservation says for 4 I will leave four towels. There is a washer and drier on the property for soiled linen.
There is a simple backyard for pets. The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and three rooms are located on the second floor. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. White/cream towels and wash clothes are provided. This rental includes pots, pans, cutlery, a blender, coffee maker, knives and a cutting board. The rental also has WiFi access , Smart TV/ Roku TV and Xfinity/ Comcast. All travelers who simply want the freedom to relax in a warm environment or those who are traveling with their family. There is ample amount of parking on the side of the home since it is located on the corner.

*For our current guest's and future guest's safety, I do not give the address to this rental before the contract is signed and a copy of your State Identification has been received. I also do not do physical walk through tours of this home.
*Twin sized mattresses with sheets and a blanket are offered at $20 a rental. We have 4 in house.
*Please note that we have a strict no smoking rule for this home. Also note that any missing or damaged items will be replaced using your security deposit/insurance coverage.
*Parties are allowed within the home but prohibited outside this home in order not to disturb the peace around the neighbourhood.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great Place to Stay and Property Managers were awesome

We used for our guys working in Houston. They loved it. They were able to enjoy time in the evenings for themselves and not have to worry about the hotel atmosphere. Property manager was great also. Loved working with them!!!

A new construction home. Clean and comfortable, well maintained furniture. Quiet neighborhood which was perfect for our family but may be a little quiet if you are coming in for a party weekend with the guy. There are tons of restaurants and shopping in Pearland. A perfect home away from home for our family.

We stayed at this house for a tradeshow in Houston and it was the perfect location to easily reach NRG stadium. The house was well laid out and nicely furnished. But, the nicest thing about the stay was how helpful Lucy was. I'll definitely be back here again!

Good location great host and a even better house . 4 bedrooms two floors two living rooms spacious kitchen 2 1/2 bathrooms garage with electronic garage opener washer and dryer dishwasher what else can you ask for . Beautiful home

We had a lovely stay. The many beautiful bedrooms accommodated all our family that came to see our daughter graduate from nursing school. Lucy made sure we had what. We needed and was very helpful. Although we did not cook you would have all you would need if you wanted to! We loved hanging out in the comfortable living room and it was in a neighborhood I felt very safe to jog. I would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

We were in Houston for appointments at MD Anderson Cancer Ctr. This house was the perfect fit for our needs to feel at home after very stressful doctor appointments. The accommodations were great, the neighborhood quiet and accessible to the airport and interstate highway system. We recommend this house if you want a family oriented living environment.

I felt right at home as soon as I entered Houston and entered this amazing property. Everything was superb, absolutely EVERYTHING, it's a pretty big place so I would only recommend to larger parties, but an amazing stay and and an amazing laid back host, I will definitely be back!

Wonderful Experience and Property!

Lucy was an excellent host! Prior to arriving at the property she made sure that everything was taken care of in an efficient and effective manner. Upon arrival the house was very clean and the property was very nice! When extra linens were needed, she quickly made sure that we had them. This house was perfect for our vacation, the upstairs living room is HUGE!! The pics made it seem like it might be smaller but don't let them fool you. Kitchen was a great size as well as the downstairs living room and PLENTY of parking space. I will definitely be staying here again

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Cozy!

The property was gorgeous, new, and nicely decorated. The home was perfect in every way from the large game room, to the fully stocked bathroom including linens. The in home cable and wifi allowed us to do things we do at home, including watching college Football! The check-in times was moved up earlier to accommodate those that flew in with no additional charge, and the late check out Sunday afforded us plenty of time to sleep in and pack up. My guests and I were extremely pleased with this home and will definitely stay again!

Beautiful and comfortable and conveniently located

We rented this home for our Family Reunion August 13-19th. To our surprise the home was centrally located near our relatives and the Park where the Family Gathering was held on Saturday. This beautiful home was very accommodating and allowed us to host a family event on Friday which is rare with a rental and was much appreciated. Lucy was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to staying there in the future.

Blew my mind

This was first vacation home rental at I admit I was skeptical at first. But after talking with Lucy the property manager she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Lucy was very professional and friendly. She accommodated us in every way. Once we arrived at the home we all were in awe. This home was BEAUTIFUL. Clean, nice, spacious and VERY peaceful. We stayed for about 6 days and loved every moment of our stay. Lucy even checked on us to make sure everything was going well. This experience blew my mind. If we ever come back to Houston, if available, this will be our permanent temporary residence. 😊 The process was quick and simple. I loved this home. So if you are looking for a great place to stay during your vacation, weekend getaway, whatever...this is the place for you!!! Thanks Lucy for everything. You rock!

Nice new house!!!!

We had a large group of 11 people stay in this wonderful house. It was well furnished with nice new appliances and furniture. It was large enough with 11 people we still had plenty of room. Lucy was very helpful with any of our needs. Would definitely stay here next time in Houston.
