A beautiful apartment only metres from the beach in the ever popular resort of Praia da Rocha. This top/fourth floor apartment enjoys wonderful panoramic sea views from the large south facing balcony. Furnished to the highest standard the apartment is the ideal base for your holiday in the Algarve.

The spacious lounge/dining area has a large sofa, smart TV, Blu-ray player, Apple TV, state-of-the-art Sonos sound system and free Wi-Fi. There is a dining table with seating for 4. Sliding patio doors lead onto the balcony which benefits from sunshine all day and where the large table and chairs are ideal for enjoying alfresco dining.

The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob and electric oven, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment.

The master bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, ensuite bathroom with hydro bath and shower over bath.

The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table/lamp and sliding patio doors leading onto the balcony, with a separate WC/shower room.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a four storey gated condominium complex with stair and lift access.

The shared pool is surrounded by lovely communal gardens. There is a secure allocated parking space within the complex.

Modern apartment close to the beach

The apartment is modern, well kept and clean. It had all we need to enjoy a week at the beach, including cooking, enjoying the patio and view of the ocean. Check-in was easy and the manager responsive. I would stay here again.

Close to the beach with ocean view

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and boardwalks and the view from the balcony. Loved the Dualite toaster and electric kettle and wish we could get them in the US. I do wish there had been instructions in English for the dishwasher and washer as we were not familiar with European appliances and it took some trial and error to work them. Jane, the host was easy to communicate with and accommodating on arrival and departure times for us and the two neighborhood restaurants across the street are both wonderful.

Wonderful property!

Just spent 2 weeks in the Algarve with my husband, daughter and her best friend. This property is wonderful and exactly as presented. Upon our arrival, dealing with Jane and Claire, they made everything so easy, it was stress free from the turn over of the key to closing up the apartment when we left. Very honest and up front and accommodating which is what you need when you're on vacation! The apartment is beautiful, clean and in a quiet area but close to the beach which is a 5 minute walking distance. All shops and restaurants and the main strip are close enough as well. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing stay in the Algarve! Myself and my family will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you Jane and Claire for an enjoyable easy vacation!

Perfect luxury apartment 🥰

As a solo and older female traveller I was looking for a top end, safe, well positioned and well appointed apartment. I was not disappointed at all. After a quick and easy handover of keys I was very impressed by every aspect of this beautiful apartment. Yes there’s some traffic noise from below but that was reassuring for me as a walked from and back to the apartment on my own at various times of the day and late evening. The property is perfectly equipped and the air conditioning was very welcome as temperatures soared to the mid 30’s ! It was delightful to walk to the beach in minutes and the only decision was to walk to the left or right. Either way, the beaches are gorgeous and you can clock up your 10,000 steps with ease .. It’s an easy walk to bars, restaurants and supermarkets and I had no problem finding my way around - all on foot. The balcony was one of the reasons I chose the property and again I was not disappointed … you get sun all day and the sunsets were sublime. If I could, I’d buy the place and live there very happily - I’ll definitely return. Thank you Jane and Claire !

Beautiful spacious apartment in perfect location

We had an excellent stay two adults and two children for one week at Casa Vermelha. The apartment was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony and complete kitchen which we really appreciated traveling with two kids. The beach in walking distance is stunning, great location for access to Portimao boardwalk and short drive from large supermarket. We rented a car and found Portimao and the apartment to be a perfect home base for excursions to other parts of the Algarve. Thank you to the property management for responsive communication and support, and even Whatsapp advice when we had a medical issue emergency to attend to! Big thanks!

Our very best rented apartment ever.

The property was 100% perfect! Had everything you could need or want. Husband was fierce impressed with the fabulous sound system. I loved the bed linen, towels and so comfortable soft throws. We stayed here 16 nights and could very easily have stayed another 16. Definitely a graet find.
