As a long time Lubbock residents, we purchased this property to give guests a Luxury experience when coming in to visit family, attend sporting events, graduations, and more.

We purchased this property because Lubbock needed a vacation rental that was newer, more modern, and in a safer neighborhood while also being close to Tech & convenient to all parts of the city.
