We are so glad we found this place! It was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Short walk to Poipu Beach where we saw turtles everyday. We enjoyed the pools and the access to the Poipu Athletic Club. The air conditioning in the bedrooms made the nights very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Nice place

Although a little dated, this property is close to the beach and great snorkeling which more than made up for that. Grounds are well maintained and there are restaurants within walking distance.

Fantastic Stay

Everything was exactly as described. Close to the beach, a quiet pool right outside the door, and an awesome athletic club with a big pool with a water slide and a full service restaurant. Can’t wait to come back.

Good vacation

This is a nice condo for what we needed. We knew going in we just needed the basics. This met ours needs. I was traveling with my husband, my 19 and 17 year old children. The second bedroom with the twin beds was small but on for them to sleep in. The condo has A/C floor units in each bedroom and ceiling/floor fans in other areas.We loved the access to the Beach Club! Take advantage of this if you can! The location to Poipu beach is awesome too, walking to the beach is no problem! They have 4 beach chairs, a small cooler, boogie boards for guests to use. The lanai was lovely to enjoy the nature outside too. Few things I'd like to comment on:This is a downstairs unit, when someone is staying upstairs you can hear them move just about every chair or object on the floor in the unit above very loudly. We were really only there in the mornings or evenings so it was mostly annoying. The other thing I'll say is although I booked this through VRBO all of my communication seemed to be through Suite Paradise once we were there. It wasn't clear to me why that was. I like using my VRBO app and I couldn't. So be prepared for that. Overall the stay was nice, Kauai is a lovely island.

Perfect Poipu Property

We were very pleased with our unit on the ground floor, close to parking spot in front, right next door to small pool and a short walk to large pool/hot tub. Unit was well appointed with all that we needed. Also a short walk to Brenneck’s beach and Poipu beach down the path on property. (Only recommendation would be to upgrade pillows in bedrooms— they were on the flatter side and gave me a kinked neck most mornings. But the mattress was super comfortable!) Thanks for a lovely stay in Kauai. We would stay here again.

pleasant stay - lovely view

Condo was fine for what we needed - close to beach and greenway walks. could use a bit of updating. loved sitting on the lanai in the morning sipping coffee and reading.

Great location, everything we needed.

All we could ask for in a rental for our family. Easy walk to the beach, well-stocked kitchen, beach toys, washing machine. The furniture and decor are a little dated, but it was clean and the perfect size for our two adults, baby and toddler. The grounds are perfectly manicured and Poipu Beach was amazing. Great walking trails. We would definitely stay there again.
