TROPICAL BEACH HOUSE

Beachside retreat for families, couples, golfers located in North Myrtle Beach. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities and comforts of home.
Lounge by the beautiful saltwater pool and hot tub, while you enjoy a frozen drink from the Margarita machine at the Tiki Bar, or take a chair and stroll down to the ocean.
Our deck/patio comes with a 7'ft gas grill that will BBQ for a large family or group. Additional outdoor seating and dining table, and lounge chairs.
Screened in upper deck.
Fully equipped kitchen to make cooking a breeze. Linens provided.
Cable TV, DVD, iPod dock in every room. Wireless Internet and phone available. DVR in LR

This home can sleep 12 comfortably. It is privately owned and maintained. We only rent to families and professional adults. You must be over the age of 25 to book this property. We do NOT rent to student groups under any circumstances. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
No pets allowed. No smoking allowed except on porch/patio.
Trash and recycle bins must be put at the curb on Tuesday night for early am pick-up, and then put back away.
Rates include linens. There is a $300.00 cleaning fee. $350.00 deposit required at time of booking on three night minimum; $500.00 deposit on weekly. There is a 12% tax rate.
We offer weekly Saturday to Saturday, or nightly with a three night minimum when available.

Family Time

The house is so clean with plenty of room. The pool and hot tub were amazing the grandkids swam constantly.It’s in a very nice location easy access to everything. We will definitely stay there again.

Great as usual!

We have stayed at the Tropical Beach House several times and as usual the experiences were great this year! The large ice maker in the pool room stopped working. One call and Gerald came out that day and repaired it. Thanks again for another great vacation for our family! Steve

Wonderful just wonderful

Everything you need is right there waiting on you> Just a short trip to the grocery store and we were all set! There is room enough to spread out so no one will get on your nerves! We all just had a great time and most of us were looking forward to staying in the same place next year! Thank you Gerald!!

Our family has stayed in this house four times. The house is beautiful, always clean and well furnished. Our grandchildren love the pool. The owners are great to work with. The only change I would make is in the ownership. Would love to own this house. Already looking forward to next year.

The house was very nice as it was the last time. The only problem is there was a bulb blown in the guest room with the two beds. I called and left several messages for the bulb to be replaced and no one called or came to take care of that issue. It was the bulb in the main light fixture with the fan.

Family Beach Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 9 (3 kids) beach vacation. The pictures truly don’t do it justice as people have said. It’s spacious, clean and had a wonderful pool. Our girls (ages 6-10) loved it! Everything you need for the very beautiful beach a few blocks away. A short drive to lots of restaurants and mini golf or sark tooth hunting! We would definitely stay here again. The property manager also was very prompt in fixing the WIFI when it went out.

Anniversary

We were there to celebrate our 50 Anniversary with family. The pictures do not do this place justice. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The walk to the beach was easy and use of the wagon really helped. We also put the bikes to good use. The only negative was the toaster oven and it would not toast our bread.

Great house!

The house was perfect for our family of 7. Kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of towels, even beach towels. The walk to the beach was not bad but there was a fair amount of traffic. Next time i would rent a golf cart. The pool was beautiful. There was no propane in the gas grill. We called the owner and he had gas there in less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service! There was also lots of games and water/sand toys. I would definitely stay here again!

Great time- pictures don’t do it justice.

This house was perfect for two families of 5 to stay. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms all essentially with their own bathroom and downstairs has a smaller bedroom with private bath and a bonus room with pull out couch. Home was clean, stocked well with all dishes, silverware, pool items and plenty of towels. The tiki bar was a cute addition and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. We rented golf carts from AJAX which worked out great and we were only a few blocks from the beach. There is golf cart parking right at the end of the street with beach access (you do have to pay about $4 an hour to pay for the parking at the beach). Location of home was perfect- could ride cart to restaurants, souvenir shop or even Walmart for groceries. The pool was the biggest hit of the house for our families (4 adults and 6 kids). There is also a 50 lb ice maker we used a lot to keep everything cold. Great property- would stay again!

So beautiful and fun!!

First off let me say the property management are fantastic people! Now the house- oh my gosh! This home is so beautiful inside and out. The kitchen is big and so well stocked that you only need to bring food. The bedrooms are gorgeous along with all of the house. Our favorite spot was the huge, beautiful pool area. We sat for hours watching the cousins have fun. The pool room has everything to make the stay great from chairs, ice maker, toys, etc. such a top notch home with a great location. The neighbors are wonderful as well. My husband loved cooking on the huge grill. This will be our family get away house as long as it stays available. We made many memories here. Thank you again for letting us stay. It was so beautiful and so much fun! The Shaver Family.

Picture doesn't tell the whole story

The pictures on the site for this property really does not do it any justice. The place was much much much better looking in person. You literally do not need to bring anything with you except your cloths. Everything is taken care of for you. Location was a close walk to the beach and the neighborhood was very quiet . Also helps that it is close to Krispy Kreame. Overall I wouold give the house a 10 out of 10. We really had a great time at this house.
