Best property we’ve ever stayed. We really loved the spaciousness, the pool, the steam room, and the layout. Everyone had their own space. I would definitely recommend.

We could not have asked for a better house for our visit to Orlando. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Three families that had space all to themselves. No one felt crowded. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. Dale was so easy to communicate with and was extremely kind. They have everything you can possibly think of for your visit. The other guest we were with kept saying we happy we were to have found this gem of a home. We are already planning our next visit back. Thank you so much!!!! A five star location!!!

I brought a group from Michigan here as our lodging while we attended a church conference. The property is very nice and fit our needs well. There were a few issues with housekeeping when we checked in. I informed the owner so he could follow-up with the cleaning staff. He offered to have them come back but, for us, it was easier to take care of it ourselves.Dale, the owner, is fantastic with communication. For me, that is a huge plus.

This holiday home is absolutely beautiful. It is easy to get to in a gated community close to all the parks & attractions. It has everything in it to keep the whole family entertained, young & older ones after the hectic day in the parks or having a lazy day in to recover. From PlayStations to Poker Chips & cards including the games room. Every bedroom has its own bathroom with so much space. Having stayed in many villas before, this one has by far the largest swimming pool I’ve seen. It makes a huge difference when there’s a few of you in it. The owners are on hand if you require any thing sorting out but leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace. If you’re looking for a 5 star villa with plenty of room then you’ve found it here.

Wonderful stay at an amazing property! The house was spacious, clean, and well - appointed. It's location was close to Disney property with easy access to theme parks and other attractions. Plenty of room for a big family or group to spread out and feel comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and very friendly. We were there for a holiday stay and they even put up a tree for us! Can't say enough great things about this house. Highly recommend!

We iust returned from the most perfect large family vacation at "Once Upon a Villa". This is an absolutely beautiful home in an outstanding area and Dale has thought of everything. Communication was perfect from the moment I booked and continued ahead of and throughout our stay to see if we needed anything while we were there. Every space was spotless and PERFECT for a large multi-generational family and we can't wait to stay here in Once Upon a Villa again!

The house was beautiful and accommodated our large family very well. The previous guests messed up the heating on the pool, so it was very cold when we arrived. The owner and property manager did all they could to get things working well for us and by the end of the second day, it was usable.
