Dreadful management of this property

If the property itself and its situation are very nice, the way it's managed is dreadful. We have to pay for the cleaning of the property but we are told that we have still to clean it thoroughly and comprehensively before leaving. It is said that the property is for 8 adults when in fact it is for 4 aduls and possibly 2 children. The owner hardly answer emails or sms. The local person in charge does not respect meeting appointments and is very rude and try by all means to get some money by saying that the appartment is not clean enough when it is. Note that the cleaning is included in the rent. You have to bring your own towels, beddings... I do not advise anybody to rent this appartment. It was a deadful experience.

Appartement négligé et mal entretenu

La personne qui accueille était très fortement désagréable et exige des locataires une heure d’arrivée qui lui convienne malgré les contraintes de circulation. A l’arrivée, l’appartement est sale, pas d’autre choix que de le nettoyer, les WC notamment et la douche pleine de cheveux, literie sale, oreiller sans alèse, et remontée d’odeurs dans l’appartement. Concernant l’accueil, aucune explication sur quoi que ce soit du propriétaire, la seule chose que le propriétaire indique est de lui laisser les clés dans la boîte aux lettres ou à l’intérieur à notre départ et de claquer la porte. Carrelage au sol mal posé et très bruyant. Beaucoup de passages et de squatt à l’entrée de l’immeuble. Vraiment dommage car l’appartement a beaucoup de charme mais le manque d’entretien gâche tout !
