We we arrived at the villa the owner and his wife met us at the house to explain how everything worked in the house and also had fresh fruit and Italian horderves and wine. It was very friendly and everyone had a great time. The house was better than expected. It was very close to the beach and the villa came with an umbrella on the beach with 2 chaise lounges, and 2 chairs. Marco took us to the local markets and recommended the good restaurants. Everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to see how every day Italians go about their lives.

Cura ed attenzione dei dettagli sono il machio di fabbrica dei proprietari.

Fin dal primo momento si percepisce la cura e l'attenzione che i proprietari riversano su qesto struttura. Giardino ben curato e pieno di piante molto ben tenute. Ammodernamenti continui della struttura. Buon gusto nell'arredamento e nelle finiture. La casa dispone anche di molte facilities sia in cucina che nel resto della struttura. In casa non manca nulla, dalla lavatrice ai bicchieri per il vino da una abbondanza di spazi armadi e cassetti agli ombrelloni in giardino. Da sottiniera lapresenza di un bel barbecue per le grigliate e di una fantastica doccia esterna.

VACANZA TOP .... A VILLA VIOLA

Abbiamo trascorso (6 adulti), in questa meravigliosa Villa, le prime due settimane di settembre, la casa è dotata di ogni comfort, molto areata e impeccabilmente pulita e profumata, ovunque sono presenti le zanzariere. La parte esterna è davvero incantevole con piante stupende che fanno bene all'Animo e allo Spirito talmente curato e pulito che non esiste traccia di insetti fastidiosi, inoltre la presenza della doccia esterna con acqua calda è impagabile La Villa è situata davvero a pochi passi dal mare, da Ristoranti, Bar, para farmacia e Supermercato. Marco, un padrone di casa impeccabile, Patrizia la dolcezza fatta a persona, insieme ci hanno accolto in modo caloroso ed esemplare per non parlare dell’immediata disponibilità al momento del bisogno, potrei continuare ad elencare solo cose positive ma mi fermo qui consigliando assolutamente questa Location sotto ogni aspetto

Claudia, Monia, Davide, Christian e soprattutto le meravigliose Rosa e Gigliola sono gli ospiti che tutti gli host vorrebbero avere l'opportunità di incontrare. È stato un grande piacere conoscerli ed averli presso di noi. Non solo attenti, puliti, cortesi, disponibili e simpaticissimi, ma anche affettuosi e gentili. Hanno riempito la villa di risate ed allegria rendendola ancora più accogliente. Consigliatissimi come Guests, li andremo certamente a trovare appena passeremo per Milano.

Molto bella

La casa é bella e spaziosa ed é esattamente come si vede nelle foto. Molto ben curata e perfettamente pulita é letteralmente completa di tutto. Molto comodo il giardino e soprattuto la doccia esterna con acqua calda. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge sia la spiaggia che il supermercato e nelle immediate vicinanze vi sono bar, pizzerie, ristoranti e Mcdonald's. Grazie , ci siamo trovati bene. Emiliano

Soggiorno consigliatissimo

Splendida villa a due passi dal mare. I proprietari, Marco e Patrizia, hanno dimostrato una gentilezza e disponibilità eccezionali dal check in al check out. Presenti, ed efficienti, dotazione di tutti i tipi per rendere il soggiorno gradevole ed in totale relax; particolare menzione merita la doccia calda posta all'esterno, il praticissimo barbecue e lo splendido giardino. A piedi sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti numerose attività: dalla pescheria al parrucchiere, dal Mac Donald's al ristorante ricercato, dalla spiaggia attrezzata al noleggio gommoni per escursioni verso le vicinissime isole pontine, dal bar pasticceria alla para farmacia. Ci siamo sentiti a casa sin da subito. Una esperienza ottima da consigliare senza indugio e, speriamo presto, da ripetere.

Great Villa! Very nice hosts.

The villa is in a very good location. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. Shop as well. Many destinations in the area. The hosts very nice and accommodating.

Vacanze al mare

Siamo stati in questa villetta per quasi 2 settimane. Un posto incantevole con belle stanze e un bellissimo giardino. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e accoglienti e la proprietà è a poca distanza dal mare (una passeggiata di circa 300 mt abbastanza ombreggiata). Nelle vicinanze ci sono molte cose tra supermercati e ristoranti e anche cose da visitare. Consigliato Piero

Nice place, big beautiful house and a fantastisk garden.Very well kept in shape, as on the pictures.

Nice house in a good neighberhood. Short walk to the beach, store and some restaurants. Good starting point for excersions like Rome, Napoli/Pompei, Ponza, Terracina, and other nearby places. The hosts of the house was very helpful with planning exurcions and things to do. May easily go there again. Thanks🤗

Wonderful house

The house is exactly how it's described , confortable, clean and near the beachside. Restaurants and shops are in the nearby. Marco and his wife are so welcoming that you immediately feel at home. Jupiter Anxur's temple, Sperlonga with Tiberio's Grotto, Circeo and Ponza are worth a visit: take some time for these exursions. Thanks for hosting us! p.s. in Ponza water is very expensive, bring bottles with you.

Hyggelig og fin villa i et godt område

Vi ankom til Villa Viola noget forsinket pga problemer med bil-leje. Trods det blev vi modtaget på flotteste vis af ejerne, Marco og Patrizia, der havde lavet lækker kage, købt vin, saft og vand og lækker frisk frugt samt chips til os - vi var meget overvældede over den flotte modtagelse! Marco viste os rundt i hus og have; der var alt hvad vi kunne få brug for til en dejlig uge. Vi fik også vist vej til stranden, og fik forklaret hvor vi kunne leje strandstole til en god pris dernede, samt hvor vi kunne købe ind og meget andet. Vi er aldrig blevet modtaget SÅ gæstfrit før! Huset er super rent og fint, tre gode værelser, et veludstyret køkken, to fine badeværelser og et opholdsrum med tv. Haven er utrolig flot med eksotiske planter, og der er fine loungemøbler og et godt spisebord, samt liggestole. I udhuset er vaskemaskine samt ekstra havestole og liggestole. Vi manglede bestemt intet! Stranden er utrolig lækker, i fin gå-afstand, vi tilbragte mange timer dernede. Morgenmaden kan indtages på cafeen 50 m væk, eller indkøbes efter en kort gåtur på ca. 200 m. Boligen ligger i et rigtig ferieområde, det ligger i udkanten af et flot kvarter med flotte ferieboliger, i et indhegnet område. Der er ikke langt til restauranter. Terracina ligger ca 3 km væk, og er bestemt flere besøg værd. Dejlig ferie! Tusind tak til Marco og Patrizia!

wunderschöne Unterkunft

diese Unterkunft ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen, strandnah gelegen, sauber, gut eingerichtet und ein richtig schöner Garten, sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, was will man mehr!
