Lovely villa in a great location

The villa was spotless on arrival with everything we needed. The pool was much needed in the beautiful warm weather. Great location between pollensa and Puerto pollensa on a quiet lane. Amazing views from the roof terrace. Couldn’t have asked for better

Nice house in a beautiful environment

Great garden, well equipped kitchen, the tabletennis table, quiet, not far from Pollenca A better double bed and fix the door in the masterbedroom so it can be closed to keep the flies out.

A perfect place for holidays-modern,green,very-well equiped! Simply ideal!

The outdoor area is excellent - huge garden, pool, terrace and the roof terrace! The heating/ac system worked perfectly and the kitchen is very well equiped! Great start package - wine, fruits, water, toast bread, cheese welcomed us! Some small staff - like clothes dryer, salr/pepper, toilet paper....

The house is in general a good choice. The only thing you need to know, is that the mattresses are the harder ones, if you like to sleep on that kind. The only other thing, which is normal, you will have ants in the kitchen, when you leave your food out. If you keep the kitchen counter clean, then you will not have a problem. We enjoyed our stay at the house, which gives you a lot of privacy.

Family Holiday July 2019

The two separate living apartments were great for our family. We were disappointed that the Villa is not within walking distance of any bars & restaurants. The pool is small but good to cool off. The air conditioning wasn't great in the main villa as it didn't stay at the set temperature or come on automatically. The main villa has all the facilities you need but the smaller apartment would benefit having a fridge & kettle. Having a Table Tennis table entertained the family and having some English TV channels & Wi Fi was a bonus.

Dear Helen & friends First of all thanks for your nice review and your suggestions. We always recommend to hire a car for Villa Muntaner as is located 5 min drive to Pollensa old town and 5 min drive to the beach in the beautiful countryside. The AC system has been checked by the technicians and now they all work perfectly. We have a big portfolio with properties located close to Pollensa or Port Pollensa. Hopefully we have the pleasure to welcome you another time. Best wishes from sunny Pollensa, Owl Booking team.

Bon séjour a pollenca

L agence a tres bien repondu a mes questions.

Beautiful setting, excellent service

The property is set in a lovely garden, the pool is small so no adult swimming but great for the kids (5,7,9) The 3rd bedroom is in a separate annex which took me a while to feel comfortable not being in the same house as the kids, but it was overlooking their bedrooms and gave us a lovely peaceful room for daytime naps. Great area, so much to do and see and just beautiful. Pep and Maria were excellent - nothing was a bother and they went out their way to help. Excellent service. We had a lovely stay
