Seafront, exceptional sea view, charm, fireplace and luxury comfort, 100m2

This old fisherman's house was completely renovated in 2011, charm and luxurious finishes on all three floors. This is the last but one house on the dock, just in front of two lighthouses in the outer harbor. With its large windows gives you a magnificent sea view from every room, and be grateful to watch the entrances and exit of vessels. This cottage can accommodate two couples with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, or a family with 3 children. Also magnificent view from the kitchen and living room-dining room. His authentic fireplace gives extra warmth to the ambiance of the house, like in open sea but nicely installed on the sofa for windy days.

Why they chose this property

After spending many times in this house belonging to the family of a close friend, we decided to buy it when it was for sale. We completely renewed the house that was in its juice and thought of it as a family holiday home for us and our guests.

What makes this property unique

Its extraordinary view, windows openings enlarged compared to the house of the beginning of the century. From all the rooms we have this extraordinary view on the sea. Even from the kitchen at the back of the house, which is a little raised, you can overlook the sea. The charm of the apparent stones, its old wooden staircase, the soft warmth of the fireplace. Light and neutral colours are restful. Arrival beds and linen are provided. This is the penultimate house on the quayside, you will find total peace and quiet outside the noise of the sea and seagulls, even in high season.
