Perched high on a cliff overlooking the artificial harbour of Arromanches and the D-Day beaches, you’ll enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay.<br><br>This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests.<br><br>This property can accommodate up to 6 people.<br><br>On the ground floor is the living area, featuring:<br>- the living room with its many floor-to-ceiling windows and ocean view<br>- the dining room and kitchen<br><br>The kitchen is equipped with:<br>- an oven<br>- a refrigerator<br>- a microwave<br>- an induction cooktop<br>- a Senso and filter coffee maker<br>- a kettle<br>- a toaster<br>- a dishwasher<br><br>A bathroom featuring:<br>- a shower<br>- a double sink<br>- a washing machine<br><br>There is also a separate toilet and a first bedroom with two single beds.<br><br>Upstairs you’ll find:<br>- 1 bedroom with two single beds<br>- 1 bedroom with a 160-cm double bed and a view of the sea<br><br>You can enjoy a south-facing outdoor terrace surrounding the house, where you’ll be sheltered from the wind, and to the northeast, you can take in a magnificent view of the sea. An outdoor shower even lets you rinse off when you return from the beach.<br><br><br>Included: linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats), welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge, dish soap, and trash bags. For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to purchase what you need.<br><br>You’ll have the entire place to yourself.<br><br>You’ll receive a set of keys.<br><br>Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.<br>Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.<br><br>Small pets are welcome as long as they are well-behaved and house-trained.<br><br>Located near the towns of Asnelles, Arromanches, and Bayeux, Saint-Côme-de-Frêsné is a village ideally situated between land and sea.<br><br>This destination is perfect for a peaceful getaway away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The village is characterised by its traditional Norman architecture, with half-timbered houses and slate roofs. It has a restaurant<br><br>The area around Saint-Côme-de-Frêsné offers wonderful opportunities for walking and hiking. You can explore the rolling countryside, lush green fields, and picturesque trails.<br><br>In addition, its close proximity to the town of Arromanches provides direct access to the history of D-Day.<br><br>Saint-Côme-de-Frêsné is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, and learn more about the history of Normandy.<br><br>The beach offers direct access in just a few minutes to Arromanches, as well as to Asnelles on the other side—notably its sailing club, market, oyster farm, and more.<br>A children’s playground and pétanque court are located 250 metres from the house.<br>Shops are also within walking distance via the beach (small supermarket, bakeries, restaurants)<br>The circular cinema in Arromanches is a 10-minute walk away (1 km)<br>The town centre of Courseulles-sur-Mer is 12 km away<br>The town centre of Bayeux is also 12 km away.<br>There are many activity options: water sports, horseback riding on the beach, buggy rides, museums, historic sites, etc.<br><br>You can park a car in front of the house. Saint-Côme is about a 35-minute drive from the Caen train station and 20 minutes from the Bayeux train station.
