Located adjacent to Waterscape Resort on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, you will be minutes from the Crab Trap, Fishing Pier, and all of the Destin attractions. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit comes complete with a direct Gulf view from the bedroom and the living room balconies. | | The Master bedroom is complete with a luxurious King bed, TV and private master bath. The second bedroom includes 2 Queen beds. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bunk bed. A sofa sleeper is provided in the living room. The kitchen is fully bring the food. The private fifth floor balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. | | Not too high, and not too low, you'll have a view of the most sought after attraction in the South East, the Emerald Coast! The sugar white sand is like none other along the Gulf of Mexico, and you can enjoy it while relaxing in the Beach Chairs included with your rental.

Great place for families

Just finished our spring break for our family and had a blast. There was more than enough room for our family of 5. The floors were a little dirty (our kids feet got blackish when walking barefoot inside) but nothing too bad. The kids used some boogie boards and toy shovels to play in the sand so that was a nice addition. Would definately boom again!

This time the pool was cleaned one time in a while week. There was trash floating in it for days. And the night time office guy was SO RUDE! He was playing his Nintendo switch his entire shift and if you interrupted him for help he treated you like complete ****!

Perfect for the family!!!!!

What a gorgeous condo. We were impressed with this condo from the very beginning. We can't say enough wonderful things about the condo itself. This unit is well decorated and very spacious. Everything we could ever need for a great beach vacation. The condo was very clean. We felt right at home. The view is absolutely perfect from the balcony, enjoyed breakfast out there every morning. I would recommend this unit to my family and friends. We will be coming back in September to this unit.

We Love Summer Place

We try to stay at Summer Place complex is small. This is properly one of the best units we have stayed at in a while. A few issues where the master bed is terrible along with all the pillows in the are flat. Not one blanket in unit. The kitchen leaves a lot to be desired cookware, bowls etc. I probably could have call management and gotten everything taken care of but didn't that is on me This really a great unit. I highly recommend. We will request this unit again,

We would really like to have one walk-in shower and a lazy boy type recliner chair added to this condo ! It is a real bonus to have a heated pool for aquafit exercises . The pool heater was broken for several days during our stay but the staff were very prompt in trying to repair it !

Reviewer Comments: Always awesome to visit FWB and stay in Summer Place with direct views to the water and beach from balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen, and MB. Price is reasonable. Access to/from beach is so nice if you need to go to condo for lunch, restroom, mtg, etc.The only complaints are that MB door lock has been broken for 7 years and never fixed, even though owner has been notified. Also, kitchen dishes, pots/ pans, glasses, etc. are always a crapshoot, but Legacy is good about providing missing items, if asked. Oh yeah, living room couch is old and SO uncomfortable! But all-in-all, these minor complaints are far outweighed by positives.Seems like more fees are being tacked on by Legacy?
