• Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we’re shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews.
• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5-7 minutes biking or 12-15 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 1. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Great place to stay

Had a wonderful vacation. Great place for a get away. Loved sitting on balcony watching golfers. Very centrally located to beach shuttle. Loved the welcome basket. Such a great welcoming idea. Also loved that you had shampoo and conditioner as we forgot ours. Thanks for a great place to stay! Would definitely book this unit again!

Perfect location!

Wonderful Home

Beverly’s home was extremely clean and tidy. The welcome basket was a very nice touch that we enjoyed and the place was also well stocked. We loved the location and how we were able to walk to the Beach Club and Harbor Town which are two of our favorite places to go when we visit the island. Lastly, we had a great time siting on the patio and watching the golfers. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is great

The location is great for riding bikes to beach at The Beach Club. Very clean and has anything you need from cooking meals to making coffee to awesome beach chairs and umbrellas. Harris Teeter and Publix are only 5 minutes away, also close to Salty Dog Café. Highly recommend for ease and convenience in Sea Pines. Thank you!

Well equipped!

This was one of the best equipped properties that we have stayed at. Very clean and staged well. We loved it! Only tip... definitely rent or bring bikes if you have children- the beach was farther then expected. Not a deal breaker though... we will be back!

They communicate with you-real people; they answer the phone, reply to emails and drop you a text! As promised, our unit was clean and stocked with not only towels and bath supplies, but also laundry detergent, salt/pepper, sugar, even a “junk drawer” with paper, pens, Scotch tape and spare batteries! These guys were truly great hosts to my family and I will definitely let them take care of me on my next visit.
