Grandview Point is a spacious, professionally designed home set on 3.5 private acres just minutes from downtown Lake Geneva.
Offering privacy, comfort, and truly expansive views, the home is ideal for families, groups, and gatherings looking for a peaceful setting with easy access to town.

With approximately 4,000 square feet of living space, the home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The layout is thoughtfully designed with multiple living and entertaining areas, allowing guests to gather together or enjoy quieter moments throughout the home.

At the heart of Grandview is a large, well-equipped kitchen designed for both casual meals and group dining. With generous counter space and ample seating nearby, it’s a natural place for cooking, conversation, and time together.

The home features multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy in every season. Inside, guests will find a recreation and entertainment area with a pool table, foosball table, family-friendly dartboard, board games, and comfortable seating areas. A ping pong table is available during the summer season.

Step outside to enjoy two open decks and a covered veranda, perfect for relaxing, nature watching, or enjoying a drink while taking in the breathtaking, unobstructed long-range views and sunsets that give Grandview its name.

Seasonal Pool (Memorial Day–Labor Day):

Girls trip for a horse function in Elkhorn Wisconsin. House is very private, off the beaten path but still close to restaurants and groceries. VERY large house with games in the basement with large bar and more bedrooms. Very comfortable deck overlooking the pool area.

Amazing home close to fun!

Dean and Mele were amazing hosts. The house is amazing, and was perfect for our friends getaway. Lots of space, amazing kitchen and rec room, and beautiful views from the back porch. Super close to downtown Lake Geneva and Burlington. Plan on returning!

The property is lovely and offers great amenities in a scenic location. The owners provided excellent assistance and prompt responses to all inquiries. Family Vacation

Even though we did not have a great weather week for July, the kids were able to spend some time every day in the pool and had a great time. There were plenty of games at the house to keep them entertained. The adults enjoyed time reading and relaxing in this beautiful, spacious home!!

Wonderful weekend!

We loved this house. It is perfectly located for families wanting to enjoy Grand Geneva mountain top ski resort. The owners were very accommodating and super responsive. The house is large and had plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for our group of 7. The kitchen is very well laid out and ened up being our main gathering spot. Beautiful decks and views. This would be a great summer retreat as well. We hope to return soon!

Our college friend gathering at this home was great. Kitchen had a ton of amenities (loved the coffee!), the lower level was fun for games. Very clean and the owner met us and did a live tour. Would have like to have ESPN to watch some football games :( but we managed.

Wonderful property. great sunset views..lots of gathering space for our grp of 5 plus good space for individual quiet time spots. house was immaculate...owner was informative.... available....had great in town suggestions. good spot for walking...lake geneva is 10 mins away. lots to do and see and eat and walk...wld have liked to have had saran wrap..and ziplocs.....and coasters for living room tables...would return in a heart beat......and recommend this lovely well cared for home as an ideal spot for families and friends

Great escape

This house is tucked away and provides plenty of privacy for a nice getaway. Very nice. And during the hottest time of the summer, it was great to have the pool. Plenty of games for the kids, and obviously the pool. There is no wifi due to the location of the house, but it adds to the "getaway" feeling. Much needed unplugging.

An idyllic setting

The house and furnishings are lovely. The location is beautiful and serene, surrounded by beautiful forest. Pool and surroundings are excellent. Kitchen is fully equipped, and huge. Lovely deck areas. The while family, from teens to septuagenarians, loved it. Only minor ding - no direct internet feed, so no wi-fi. Be prepared to use your phone as a hotspot. It works flawlessly.

perfect getaway from the city

We had a great time at this pool house near Lake Geneva. It was large, spacious for our whole family with lots of little nooks for reading and games so that everyone could congregate as well as get away for a nap or quiet time. The pool was well kept, games well stocked for all ages. A few notes: * serious cooks might desire to bring your own cooking utensils, I found the plastic ones provided to be tough to use, but the bars were well stocked with all the equipment needed! * note that coffee and some cooking oil, and basic salt and pepper are provided, you'll need to buy the rest (and nothing is left behind from previous guests), but the grocery is close by

Spacious and nice view

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the spacious kitchen with lots of seating. The chess set was used several times. We liked the view and it was nice to have the fireplace also! The check in appointment did make scheduling a little challenging for us but it was helpful to have someone show us details about the home. My rating on cleanliness wasn’t a 5 only because of dust we saw in some areas but the bathrooms were immaculate. The house was comfortable and felt clean overall. There’s a ceiling fan in the master bedroom but not the others so if sleeping with a fan is important I’d recommend bringing a few. Extra blankets in the bedrooms would have been helpful also but overall we enjoyed our stay.

House needs upkeep

This house had numerous windows that would not open & many of the ones that did open were missing screens. Many of the door locks were broken and very flimsy. There were ants in the kitchen. We were left one garbage bag in each bathroom and 4 in the kitchen for a week. One of three bathrooms did not have towels. The master shower was tiny and very run down as well. All of the literature mentioned a fire pit which had been removed. The pool was well maintened.

Golf Trip

Enjoyed a great home with plenty of amenities and played several beautiful golf courses in the area. The property is perfectly located with quick access to the courses. Dean was great at check in and really made the process simple. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect House for Family Getaway

Great place tucked in the hills just outside of Lake Geneva - Close enough to everything but far enough away that you truly connect with nature. Pool is perfect for family fun and deeper (maybe 10' deep end) than most pools you find nowadays.

Great short stay!

Stayed two nights, one full day and had a blast. The house is exactly as described and then some. Dean greeted us with a welcoming tour and we enjoyed the amenities and hangout spaces the home had to offer since our golf was cut short due to rain. The grill was brand new and wonderful and the beds and couches were comfortable. The pool was not open yet, but I can imagine it would be really nice in the summer. The lawn did provide some space in the back to play outside and the basement has a pool table and plenty of games. Only consideration would be a lack of tv type entertainment as the cable only gets a few channels and did not allow us to watch some of the sports playoffs we were hoping to watch, but I will say it was somewhat nice to escape from the world for the short time we were there. Would stay again!
