Park Santiago 1: one of the most prestigious apartment complexes in Tenerife, with tropical garden of plants and flowers, apartment on 2 levels. Renovated in February 2018.
A few meters from the sea and the famous seaside promenade, the complex has an incredible and enviable position with a large swimming pool (heated in the months from October to April) for both adults and children with a large relaxation area with a sunbed and umbrella that can be rented on site. Service of bathers, bar and diner.
Michel supermarket open Monday-Saturday 08.00 - 21.30 and Sunday 09.00 - 20.00
To see: Mount Teide, the highest point in Spain, the characteristic north coast and Loro Parque; tourist cities of Los Cristianos and Las Americas for boat excursions, Golf, SIAM PARK water park, you can rent cars (private parking in the complex) for a complete tour of the island.

Had another fantastic stay in this lovely, south facing, apartment. This is our 2nd time and we love it. It has had a new kitchen which looks amazing. It is in a prime area in pdla - a short walk to the beach, the promenade, the golden mile - it’s got it all. Thank you and see you next time👍👌😊

Excellent location

The property is extremely well equipped with everything you could need. The decor is old fashioned but this is just a matter of taste. There is just a little roof window in the 2nd bedroom which you need to leave open for air and as a result it was a bit noisy at night time.

Not strictly a two bedroom apartment

The second bedroom was no bigger than a walk in wardrobe with a porthole size window and is only accessible via the main bedroom, which in turn connects to the bathroom, so anyone using the second bedroom has to cross the main bedroom to use the bathroom, this would be ok for a young family but not for four adults.

I am sorry for your disappointment also because my on-site contact person never reported any complaints to me, even when he came to promptly bring you a new fan as the other one had broken. The size of the small room is clear from the photographs and is in fact referred to as a "small room" as a comfortable room for sleeping with 2 standard size single beds but certainly does not have enough space for children to run around.

Appartement super bien situé

L’appartement est très bien situé très proche de la mer et de toutes commodités, très propre. Les photos sont exactes et il est plutôt agréable. La seconde chambre est très petite et mansardé sous le toit avec juste un velux,comme sur les photos, il fait très chaud à l’étage donc il faut ouvrir le velux mais luminosité et bruit de ce fait, cette chambre peut être deduié qu’à des enfants.Mais l’appartement a tout le nécessaire sufffisant. La propriétaire est très gentille et très réactive par message. Merci à vous. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec la chasse des toilettes, Ariana a été très réactive le jour même. Par contre elle ne répondait plus à mes messages durant le reste de la semaine (ou trouver les poubelles par exemple, elle nous avait proposez des prix pour des sorties mais plus de nouvelles…) Les plus gros inconvénients sont les places de stationnements voiture ou parfois il faut se garer extrêmement loin car l’appartement ne dispose pas de parking privé. Il y a des places gratuites en bas de la résidence mais bon courage pour en trouver en octobre et l’eau chaude à la douche qui est extrême difficile à avoir, et quand il y en a, ça coule juste un filet, donc impossible à laver les cheveux. Ces deux choses serait vraiment un atout pour que l’appartement soit au top. Il y avait l’ascenseur également en panne, depuis un petit moment selon l’agence, l’appartement est au deuxième étage. Nous avons aussi été surpris que les transat à la piscine soit payant 4€/pers

I would like to point out that the lift is not advertised as it is not broken but they are installing it at this time, finished I believe for the beginning of next year. As for the hot water in the shower, it works with a boiler and a thermostatic mixer tap, the operation is very simple as explained in the two interventions made after your calls; on your departure we wanted to double-check and everything is working. The cost of the pool loungers with mattress does not seem excessive to me given the context, the lifeguard service and heated pool. As far as parking is concerned, I agree with you that unfortunately at certain times of the year it is a bit difficult to find parking close to home. I wish you a pleasant Christmas and Happy New Year.

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir fanden Preis Leistung angemessen. Wohnung, Ausstattung, Lage war sehr gut. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher für Dusche & Waschbecken. Schön war, dass die Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen war. Die Parkplatzsituation ist in dem Gebiet schrecklich, da die meisten Parkplätze von Wohnmobilen und deren begleitenden 2ten Fahrzeuge belegt waren. Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief über Whatsapp und hat prima geklappt. Übernahme-/ Rückgabe problemlos. Wir hatten einen Defekt, welcher von der betreuenden Agentur am nächsten Tage erledigt wurde. Achtung: die Wohnung hat keine Spülmaschine. Handarbeit ist angesagt ;-)

Buena Ubicación, falta de limpieza y mucha desinformación

El piso está muy bien ubicado. Lo encontramos algo sucio con polvo en las mesas y la puerta de la nevera está llena de hongos. Pudieran proveer de jabón pata lava-vajillas y una esponja para lavar la loza. Estas son cosas esenciales que siempre se consiguen siempre en cualquier airbnb. No es cierto que este piso tenía conexión de internet ni del complejo y mucho menos del piso. Traté de llamar a los dos números de teléfono que nos indicaron para cualquier necesidad, pero ninguno de ellos contestó ni siquiera a mis mensajes sms. No nos informaron qué debíamos de pagar por el uso de la piscina que es de 2,50€ diarios por persona para los no propietarios por cada hamaca. Esto sin contar los pagos extras por sombrilla, mesa y sillas. El piso pudiera ser un lugar muy agradable pero hay mucho mobiliario y la habitación principal no tiene ventilación. Deberían de hacer una limpieza a fondo de cosas innecesarias que tienen en muchos gabinetes y mobiliario. Algo terrible que sugiero atiendan urgentemente, es el olor a gas cuando hay una persona tomando una ducha. Esto indica que la caldera del pequeño calentador de agua requiere de servicio de mantenimiento técnico urgentemente. Esto es algo sumamente tóxico y dañino para la salud. Muchas gracias.

Fantastic pool. The apartment is situated so centrally. We have always stayed at Parque Santiago 1 or 2 for the last 18 visits to Tenerife. This apartment is ideal for a couple or a family. The balcony gets the sun the whole day. It was clean and tidy and supplied loads of towels. I would definitely book this again
