Beautiful spacious villa, very well laid out for three couples plus two babies. Well equipped, clean and well maintained (although could do with waste bins in the rooms/ensuite). Location was much better than expected, being an easy walk from the town which had some nice places to eat, very good bakery, supermarket and large market every day.

Fantastic house in a great location

The house is beautiful and situated only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of the village and ten minutes walk from the beach. The garden is in the sun all day and extremely quiet for such a central location. The photos do not do this house justice - it is very spacious and finished to a high standard. We would have no hesitation in booking this house again.

It does not get any better

Our stay in your house was wonderful. Rarely have we felt so comfortable in a holiday home. The decor is extremely tasteful and we enjoyed daily the details of the decoration. In the spacious and very well equipped kitchen cooking was pure joy. The garden design is implemented with remarkable perfection.

Great location

This was our 2nd time to Ile de re. Wanted something central as my 15yr old son had two friends with him, so it was easy for them to go out on bikes & do their own thing. Great location. Clean, well equipped. On a main road but set back so very little noise. Nice pool, only complaint was it’s quite small so hard to swim with the robot In it all the time. Small issue…

Fabulous

The property was perfect for us, as two families with children. The location is so close to the beach and amenities, we didnt need to use our cars. It is equipped with everything you may need. We had a small issue with checking in - this wasn't proactive, but easily resolved. The only problem we had was that when the pool was cleaned, it seemed to have a huge amount of chlorine which meant the kids couldn't swim for a few days. Overall, a wonderful holiday. Thank you

Wir waren mit 4 befreundeten Paaren im Haus. Der Zuschnitt des Hauses und noch mehr die Außenanlage sind so, dass man sich auch bei voller Besetzung nicht auf den "Füßen steht". Kommunikation war unproblematisch, allerdings spreche ich auch französisch. Englisch ist aber wohl auch kein Problem. Haus war bei Ankunft noch nicht fertig (16 Uhr) war aber für uns kein Problem. Wir haben die Koffer abgestellt und die ersten Einkäufe gemacht. Zum Haus: Vier ausreichend große Doppelzimmer, eines mit separatem Zugang über eine der vier Terrassen (kein Problem). Küchenausstattung gut.Außenanlage: Wirklich klasse. Mehrere Terrassen und ein Pool, in dem man nicht nur "plantschen", sondern auch schwimmen kann.Zum Ort: Uns hat er gefallen. Einen Hafen mit Mole und Cafés gibt es dort nicht, dafür aber einen langen Strand und eine schöne Markthalle mit guten Lebensmitteln (insbesondere Fisch). Am Ortseingang (nah am Haus) sitzt die Weinkooperative der Insel und eine landwirtschaftliche Kooperative mit gutem Gemüse. Restaurants, Cafés u. Bistros im Ort vorhanden. Alles vom Haus aus fußläufig. Es gibt einen kleineren Supermarkt und mehrere Bäckereien sowie einen Metzger. Zwei große Supermärkte in Saint Martin. Lademöglichkeit für Elektroautos vor dem Office de Tourisme (fußläufig, 35 KW/h).Zur Insel: Es wird viel Fahrrad gefahren. Radwege sind gut ausgebaut und sehr gut beschildert. Räder können überall gemietet werden Online-Reservierung möglich und ratsam.Kurz: Volle Punktzahl.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt mit Pool und schöner Gartenanlage. Es war ruhig obwohl es direkt an der Hauptstraße liegt, aber zurückgesetzt im hinteren Teil des Grundstückes. Es gab aber auch einige Mängel, die wir bei dem Preis von fast 5000 Euro für eine Woche, nicht gut fanden. Im Wohnzimmer ließ sich die Terrassentür nicht schließen- wir mussten immer den Rollladen runter lassen, wenn wr das Haus verließen, ebenso waren die Aussentüren nur schwer abschliessbar bzw.gar nicht. Auch andere Gegenstände waren in einem schlechten Zustand z.B.der Wäscheständer alt und wackelig- den müsste man dringend austauschen.

Wunderbarer Urlaub auf der Ile de Ré!

Das Haus war wirklich sehr schön und wunderbar gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, der Garten ein Traum und mit Pool und Liegen versehen, so dass einem entspannten Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien nicht entgegenstand.

Très belle maison

Magnifique maison qu'il pleuve ou qu'il fasse très beau. La grande pièce à vivre est splendide et parfaite les jours de pluie pour être en famille. Sous le soleil la maison est vraiment top. On entend aucun bruit ce qui est important et tous les commerces du bois plage sont accessibles à pieds. Bref on a passé des très bonnes vacances

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines dans cette maison en Avril 2024. Hormis un problème de chauffage de la piscine (résolu mais malheureusement pour nous à la toute fin), tout a été parfait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Prachtige woning, zeer mooi ingericht, leuke zithoekjes on de tuin, zwembad ideaal om baantjes te trekken. Toch ook enkele minpuntjes, al zijn het details.Maar het blijft zeker een aanrader. De minpuntjes: Er was voldoende keukengerei aanwezig, maar oa de mixer en een aantal kookpannen waren aan vervanging toe (anti-aanbaklaag!). De scharniertjes van één van de keukenkastdeurtjes zaten los. Verder was de keuken uitstekend uitgerust! Het buitenzetten van de afvalcontainers met daarin het afval van de vorige gasten vonden we niet zo leuk. Temeer daar de container met restafval boordevol zat! Bleek dat die container ook niet opgehaald werd op het aangeduide tijdstip, wat dan weer jammer is voor de gasten die na ons komen.

Super-Urlaub in einem Super-Haus

Wir waren zwei Familien mit insgesamt 8 Personen (Erwachsenen). Wir hatten alle genug Platz an den Tischen im Garten und im Haus. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sehr schön ausgestattet. Der Pool ist nicht riesig, aber für uns hat er gereicht, da wir meistens am Meer waren, da sich ein sehr schöner Strand nur 5 Minuten (Fahrrad) entfernt befindet. Der tägliche Einkauf kann gut zu Fuß erledigt werden, da sich ein Bäcker und eine Markthalle in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden. Obwohl das Haus fast direkt an der Straße liegt, ist es nicht einsehbar und ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit einem Küchenschrank und haben dies an den Vermieter weitergegeben. Dieser hat sich daraufhin unmittelbar bei uns gemeldet und kam direkt mit einem Handwerker vorbei, der das Problem gelöst hat. Es war für uns alle ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus! Immer gerne wieder!
