Tweede jaar op rij verbouwing in hetzelfde gebouw. Vorig jaar werken boven het appartement, dit jaar naast het appartement. Pech, volgens de aanbieders!

Perfecta estancia en Torremolinos

El alojamiento cumple perfectamente con lo descrito. Perfecto para unos días de desconexión por Torremolinos. Está ubicado muy cerca del centro y se trata de un edificio muy tranquilo. Zonas de ocio y restauración cercanas y la playa a a menos de 10 minutos. Además, por su orientación, corre bastante la brisa, con lo que tampoco se echa de menos AC. Buena comunicación con el propietario, y la piscina también tranquila para refrescarse.

Too Short

Over all the property is large enough with a nice south facing balcony. It appeared to have been empty for some months before our arrival. This is a good location close to everything you need. Unfortunately we arrived Friday evening and left Sunday noon because of Spain shutting down.

Brusekabine:

Lågerne til brusekabinen var næsten ikke til at åbne og lukke, og der kom da også en Vicevært, der lavede den midlertidig, men stadig ikke OK. Der var tillige lidt skimmelsvamp i kabinen, og kloakken ville stoppe. Lejligheden var ikke rengjort efter danske normer, hele badeværelset og køkkenet trængte til en rigtig afvaskning. Det samme gjalt ovn og køleskab samt en afisning af samme. Ønske: Hynder til terrassestole samt lidt flere tøjklemmer.

Centrally located, close to beach and shopping.

The property was larger than I expected and very well equipped. I stayed here for a month in August 2019. It is a very quiet location, with a lovely swimming pool - yet very close to the local train station, shopping mall and access to the beach. I had a lovely peaceful month away from work! Un lugar tranquilo y al lado de todo

En general, todo muy bien, está en un sitio centrico con todo lo necesario al lado, para desplazarte andando sin problemas, a 10 minutos de la playa por las escaleras, y con todo lo necesario que necesitas para pasar unos días de vacaciones en familia.

Tranquillità a due passi dal centro

Proprietario gentilissimo,ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie per trascorrere una piacevolissima vacanza. Appartamento in un complesso con piscina,vicinissimo al centro,raggiungibile in due minuti a piedi. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato ad attenderci la sorella del proprietario che ci ha mostrato un appartamento molto pulito ed in ordine,abbiamo persino trovato prodotti da bagno e per la pulizia,davvero non è mancato nulla,proprietà sicuramente da scegliere. Grazie di tutto sig Paulino ed a presto.

Comfortable, conveniently placed.

Basic accommodation but has everything needed. Lovely large balcony. Good swimming pool. Could benefit from a little tlc. But overall comfortable apartment, convenient for town, supermarket close by. Beatrix very helpful. Would recommend. Basic , but clean and comfortable.

El apartamento muy completo: mucha luz, terraza, piscina, parking... y hasta lavavajillas. Muy cerca de las tiendas y de la playa...todo andando. Y a la vez la urbanización donde se encuentra silenciosa y tranquila para el descanso. No es caluroso.

Casa abbastanza centrale, ma sporca e un po' vecchia

Appena arrivati ci ha accolto molto gentilmente il proprietario, la casa era piena di polvere,i mobili della cucina e il frigorifero appiccicosi e sporchi il bagno in condizioni indecenti, abbiamo passato un pomeriggio a pulire la casa. Oltre alle condizioni igieniche della casa tutto ok,posizione abbastanza centrale.

Semplicemente delizioso, adorabili i proprietari.... abbiamo passato 15 giorni a luglio di vero relax.... 2 adulti e 2 bambini. .. Pulitissimo.... situato in un tranquillo centro residenziale a 2 passi dal mare... con una piscina stupenda.... Da romana stressata non volevo più andare via!!! Sicuramente ci torneremo anche il prossimo anno.... grazie di tutto...

Better than expected!

I was really surprised when I saw the apartment, it was pretty big, really clean and very well equipped! You really have everything there that you need for a comfortable stay. It it also well located.
