Enjoy Santa Barbara from this central location! You can also enjoy excellent hiking trails behind the property on the San Marcos Foothill preserve!

Michael and I are a very happy couple engaged in many local activities, but our favorite is hiking. I am a registered nurse, Michael is in finance. We have been in Santa Barbara for over 25 years. Together we have four children, two who live in the area and one grandchild. We fully embrace the wonderful Santa Barbara lifestyle and are eager to share it with you.
