Apartment in semi-detached villa 50m from two beaches (Capobianco, Padulella)
immersed in a 5000 m2 garden with pine forests, eucalyptus, oleander, hibiscus etc.
less than 100 m. there are two splendid beaches called padulella and capobianco. In this last beach there is a shelter for small nautical equipment, umbrellas, sunbeds ...
The property is in excellent condition and maintenance takes place frequently.
Inside the apartment there is a large living room with two single beds (joinable), a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, an anteroom and a bedroom with two bunk beds. The kitchen overlooks the olive grove, while in the living room there is a large panoramic terrace overlooking the various sides of the garden.
Possibility to park two cars.
Present Ping Pong and table football. Ability to attach hammocks under pine trees.
