Maison très fonctionnelle où il ne manque rien avec un beau jardin BIEN CLOS pour les toutous. Elle est située dans une impasse très calme.Grand coup de cœur pour M. Pinard, le propriétaire, qui est vraiment très très sympa et très accueillant, mille mercis à lui pour sa gentillesse Belle découverte de l'île d'Oleron Sylvie.

Jolie maison spacieuse,bien équipée et très calme

Maison bien située , calme , avec plein d’espace intérieur et un joli jardin clôturé, des propriétaires sympas , pas pointilleux . Et en plus , une bonne bouteille de pineau blanc à déguster . Nous recommandons vivement .

Maison sale couverts immonde toiles d araignées partout 85 euros de frais menage alors sur l annonce ce n est pas précisé et que c était très sale la propriétaire désagréable Monsieur plus agréable dommage que l on ne peux pas y mettre de photos une sale odeur persistante dans la maison Dommage si elle étais propre se serait top car hyper bien placée et au calme

Coin calme et reposant, loin de l’agitation et des commerces (prévoir des vélos pour plages et pour aller à Saint-Denis d’Oleron); maison et jardin spacieux, agréables à vivre. Deux douches bien appréciables; literies très bien, meubles corrects; deux frigos également bien utiles; équipement complet et fonctionnel (manquait juste planche à découper). Wifi bien pratique car réseau GSM faible dans le coin. A revoir juste : absence de clef pour fermer le garage de l’extérieur (obligé de faire le tour à chaque départ..); 1 seule clef pour tout le monde trop juste aussi. Séjour bien profitable!

Séjour en pleine nature !

Très bonne location, idéalement placée pour les amoureux de la mer et de la nature. La côte toute proche est magnifique et les pistes cyclables sont à proximité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons certainement.

Localisation pas conforme à l'annonce. Maison proche du phare de Chassiron (la Morelière) et non pas dans le centre de St Denis, comme indiqué dans le descriptif. Ménage à revoir avec les consignes Covid qui n'ont pas été appliquées. Cuisine peu fonctionnelle. Maison spacieuse et au calme avec un très grand jardin agréable.

Mauvais accueil pas très sympa aucune réponse après avoir appelé et laissez un message pour donner l heure d arrivée pas de cadeau d 'arrivé comme beaucoup de gites offre gentiment. Très compliqué pour trouver le gite le bis 27 n est pas noté au GPS la propriétaire explique avec difficulté au téléphone Il n y a pas de WIFI et la télévision trop petite pour la grande pièce salon ,salle a manger . Le garage ne sert a rien il faut se garer devant la porte .Autrement c est au calme c est une maison spacieuse .La Moreliére est au moins a 1km500 de Saint Denis ainsi que les plages et les commerces . l

Nous étions 3 amies, et nous avons été ravies de notre séjour dans cette maison de Saint Denis d'Oléron. Une maison qui est spacieuse (nous avions chacune notre chambre et l'une d'elle avait même son propre coin toilette) toute équipée et idéale aussi pour une famille. En somme notre séjour à été des plus agréable, et nous avons même eu droit à une visite privée de la distillerie. Car la cerise sur le gâteau, c'est que les propiètaires sont viticulteurs et font un pineau excellent ainsi que du cognac, du vin et des liqueurs. En somme un séjour très très agréable

Beauté de l'île au calme

Maison confortable, bien équipée et surtout très bien située. Seul bémol, la propriétaire peu accueillante et préoccupée uniquement par l'aspect mercantile de ses locations. Attention aux chèques vacances qui sont acceptés lors de la réservation et revus à la baisse au moment de payer. Malgré tout, je recommande.
