Balcony terrace lovely, great size property, didn't use outside area as we were out and about and didn't use cooking facilities but property had everything needed to cook. Showers were great. Hosts great. Location very good.

Kerry is the best manager, always in contact if you need anything. This was the second time we rented by her, and there will be more times.

Lots of plus points:The villa is very spacious with plenty of room for all. The pool is fabulous. The showers are powerful with plenty of hot water at all times.its an easy walk to the shops & restaurants. Great communication with the host at all times. Pool was cleaned regularly. Only negatives were a few cockroaches (to be expected perhaps in Spain?) and the villa is a little tired in places but nothing that would stop me going again.

Good location to sea

Property is fine, but very poor on security with broken timber shutters on ground level, no key for safe for our important possession s, front door lock neede wiggling most of the time to lock, air con was advertised for bedrooms fand was correct, however livingroom and kitchen were impossible to cool down, while the vila suited us , it was disappointing, pool was good.

The villa was much bigger than we expected. Loved the different outside areas/balconies around the pool the villa. Some parts of the villa are a bit dated but it had everything we needed. Was worried about some negative reviews about not having air conditioning in all the areas apart from the bedrooms but this wasnt an issue for us at all even when temps got 34 degrees.My only small negative was that the wifi did not extend to all the bedrooms due to the size of the property.Location wise it was 5 minutes to the beach once we found the stairs a few doors down frm la Pampa coffee shop round the corner (they do excellent breakfasts). There were a couple of bars/restaurant near the beach but the main strip on Cabo Riog is a good 20 munute walk in the heat! Reception was great with agent meeting us on arrival and there was water, wine, beer, juice and biscuits waiting in the fridge. They also responded quickly to any queries we had

Lovely large villa

This is a lovely large villa with beautiful gardens and a fantastic pool. We arrived a little early but this was not a problem we were met by the agents who showed us around. They had provided lots of the necessities plenty of toilet rolls hand soaps washing liquid dishwasher tablets cloths etc. There was wine and a few beers in the fridge. All the bedrooms were quite large and had air con which was definitely needed. Kerry was very accommodating when I contacted the office and asked if two of our party could check out a couple of hours later than the main party as they were moving to a golf complex for a golfing week. The only negative thing I would say is that some places did seem to be a little further than I expected though this could be because we are a little older and it took us longer in the heat. Taxi services were a little hit and miss. The beach bar was brilliant and even had entertainment in the evenings would also recommend their food. All in all we would definitely recommend this villa. We are a party of 8 family members aged between 32 and 73

Sehr schönes Grundstück, sauberer Pool, Haus teilweise restaurierungsbedürftig (Holzfensterläden, Terrassentüren, Holzterrasse im Garten mit Überdachung), zu viele Mücken in diesem Jahr - trotzdem immer eine Reise wert!

Four couples travelling together.

The pictures on the site didn’t do the property justice regarding space and size. Another bathroom would have made this property perfect for four couples travelling together. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
