This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is located on the sea front and is situated on the 4th Floor (with lift) with fabulous sea views. The balcony is a comfortable space with a dining table, seating for a least 4 people. There is also a balcony located off the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and large fridge. The apartment is located a 5 minute walk from the centre of Juan les Pins. The Old Town of Antibes can be reached by bus or is only a 30 minute walk. Both Cannes and Nice are also easily reached by bus or train. The train station is only a 5 minute walk. Please note in addition to the advertised price an 80€ cleaning fee is payable on arrival. This covers all cleaning, bed linen, towels, beach towels and the services of the person checking you in who will be available during your stay should you have any questions.
