Only 1 1/2 blocks to city park/beach and downtown activities. 3 stories w/ large upstairs bonus room and full basement. Living room, formal dining room, and eat in kitchen. New bamboo hardwood floors, new paint, new all-stainless steel kitchen appliances, walk-in shower on main floor and shower/tub combination with jacuzzi tub in basement. Covered front and enclosed back porch/mud room with gas BBQ grill and patio set for your backyard enjoyment. Wireless internet, cable TV, DVD and all the amenities of home. 2 parking spaces in driveway, 1 behind the house. and 2 parking permits for street parking and parking for boat in enclosed back yard. Just step out the front door and Ironman festivities are just a few steps away in the park across the street. Walk or bike the Centennial Trail just a few steps away. Jo-Dee grew up in Coeur d'Alene and after moving to California at the ripe age of 12, vacationed here with family almost every year. After marrying Danilo, he also fell in love with the area and the people and we knew we wanted a home here. In 2010 we purchased this home in the historic Fort Grounds as a vacation home for others to enjoy all that Coeur d'Alene has to offer as much as we do. Many people have referred to the area as "God's Country". If you are fortunate to visit the area, you will understand why. We hope you enjoy are home and beautiful town as much as we do.

IT IS CENTRAL TO WHAT MAKES CDA SO AMAZING THAT DRAWS PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD TO THIS BEAUTIFUL LITTLE GEM TUCKED IN THE GORGEOUS NORTHWEST. THERES IS SOMETHING FOR EVERYBODY, NO MATTER WHAT THE SEASON. BOATING, SWIMMING, SKIING, GAMBLING, ZIP LINING, BIKING, HIKING, SHOPPING, ART GALLERIES, RESTAURANTS, BOUTIQUES, BARS, NIGHTLIFE, SILVERWOOD BOULDER BEACH AMUSEMENT PARK AND THE NICEST PEOPLE ANYWHERE.
