Enttäuschender Empfang

Die Beschreibung des Inserats hat uns zugesagt. Wir sind mit zwei Erwachsen, sechs Kids und zwei Hunden gereist, und nur für eine Nacht. Soweit alles OK. Der Vermieter wollte aber auf jeden Fall über WhatsApp kommunizieren. Die Konversation haben wir aber erst nach Reservierungsanfrage begonnen. Per WhatsApp kamen dann die Zusatzksoten zustande: Hunde je 15€, Kinderreisebett 10€, dann irgendwelche Bearbeitungsgebühren und einen „sicheren“ Parkplatz. In der Küche waren die Fronte nur verwischt und nicht sauber. Die Bettwäsche war sauber aber total durcheinander gewürfelt, so als ob es nur Reste sind. Ansonsten ist das Haus alt und weisst einiges an Reperaturstau auf, wie z.B. loser Wasserhahn oder gesprungene Terrassentür- Zu alledem war der Vermieter ziemlich unfreundlich und konnte nicht mal ein bisschen englisch.

Ce fut très bien

La propriété est bien sécurisée. L'emplacement est calme, propre. Nous étions six adultes est l'espace est très suffisant avec un grand séjour. Il manque cependant un peu de précision concernant la vaisselle. Il n'y avait pas assez d'assiettes plates, petites assiettes à dessert, plats à mettre au four, pas de verres à pied, pas suffisament de papier toilettes. Nous aurions pu ammener tout celà si l'annonce l'avait précisée. Mais celà n'a pas nuit à la qualité du séjour grace au supermarché qui est tout près.

Les indications données avec gentillesse préalables à l'arrivée sont précises et détaillées. Aucune surprise en arrivant, excellent accueil. Confort, espace, toutes commodités. Très bon emplacement, proche autoroute, tramway, métro pour se rendre à Lyon.

Très bon séjour

Tout était très bien, la personne qui nous accueilli était vraiment très agréable, il nous a expliqué pleins de choses et très disponible . L'organisation a notre arrivée était optimale Emplacement idéal. Nous reviendrons ultérieurement je pense !

Aufenthalt in Lyon

Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte wie angekündigt Schlafmöglichkeien für 4 Personen und auch Hunde sind willkommen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte alle Untensilien, welche benötigt werden. Besonders anzumerken ist, dass die Vermietung eines kompletten Hauses angeboten wird. Das ist nicht korrekt, es handelt sich um ein Haus, welches 3 Wohnungen zur Vermietung anbietet. Wir waren sehr verärgert, da wir davon ausgegangen sind ein Haus zu mieten. Der Hausverwalter würde sehr ungehalten als er darauf angesprochen wurde. Für eine Wohnung ist der Preis zu hoch und nicht angemessen. Der Vermieter an sich war sehr freundlich und die Abwicklung war unkompliziert.

Maison tres agréable et bien équipée! Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Bon accueil et maison propre

Nous avions besoin de faire plusieurs aller retour à sur expo à Chassieu et le trajet était vraiment simple et rapide! Très pratique pour nous! Maison dans un quartier tranquille que je recommande.

Un accueil très chaleureux avec un propriétaire serviable et compréhensif

Un joli appartement situé dans un quartier d'habitation. Pas le mieux pour organiser de grandes fêtes mais parfait pour un week end calme de visite. L' appartement est bien entretenu malgré quelques petits soucis d organisation. Dans l ensemble un séjour très agréable et le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant.
