In the heart of the Périgord Noir, between Sarlat and the Lascaux IV caves, rent an independent house (80 m2) for 6 people, with swimming pool (6x12), private, cleaned every day (available from June 1 to September 28). games, raised garden, quiet.
House very well located for visiting the surroundings (Lascaux 13km, town of Sarlat at 7 minutes, valley of the 5 castles at 15km, Les Eyzies, capital of prehistory at 10 km)
 Very clean and tastefully furnished house.

Living room (refurbished) - fitted kitchen, with panoramic window opening onto terrace (15m2) with garden furniture, park and pool view, 2 bedrooms (refurbished) with cupboards, shower room, separate WC, garage-cellar
Playground with 2 swing sets (swings, opposite). Maintained and flowered garden
Large fenced pool, full sun, with deckchairs and parasols at your disposal; cleaned every day. Swimming pool dimension: 6x12m

This holiday home is a beautiful, perfect location to Sarlat and many other interesting locations

Our host was so helpful, even with my lack of French! Relaxing by the pool was the perfect way to unwind . I’ll definitely be back.next year, didn’t want to leave yesterday!!

Mme Pritchard was always prompt with communication and did a full check in with us using a bit of google translate.The house is very clean and well presented with plenty of fridge space and good facilities , pool was lovely and well maintained daily , owners were very discreet and was nice to know they were around if we needed them we had a fantastic stay many thanks

Très bon séjour ! La piscine est exceptionnelle ! Les propriétaires sont très discrets. Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille dans cette région magnifique. Le logement est parfaitement situé, proche de Sarlat et des nombreux châteaux et activités.

Eine sehr gute Unterkunft in einer Umgebung, die sehr viel Sehenswertes zu bieten hat

Wir verbrachten erholsame, intensive, abwechslungsreiche Urlaubstage in dieser herrlichen Region. Wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs, um Châteaus, Grottes, Bastides u.ä. zu besichtigen. Die nahe gelegene Stadt Sarlat lädt zum Bummeln ein, Entspannung und Abkühlung bietet der tolle Pool.

Un havre de paix proche de Sarlat

Location d'une propreté irréprochable, calme, complétement indépendante, avec un très belle terrasse et le MUST... une grande piscine entretenue sans pareil et strictement réservée aux locataires. Les propriétaires ne sont pas du tout envahissants. Bref, ravie de ce séjour, pour sûr, je reviendrai et je la recommande fortement. Caroline.

Si vous souhaitez un lieu calme avec une piscine réservée aux locataires, ne cherchez plus, vous êtez à la bonne adresse ! La loation est trés bien située pour profiter de cette belle région. La propriétaire est vraiment très agréable et à l'écoute en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons vivement cette location :-))

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette location. Nous avons été bien accueillis par madame Pichard, la propriétaire, qui est très aimable. Tout est identique aux photos présentées. C'est propre et bien équipé. La piscine est magnifique et très bien entretenue! Un vrai bonheur pour les petits et les grands! La région est superbe avec énormément de sites à découvrir et à visiter. Nous y retournerons volontiers!

Effectivement la location est à côté de la maison des propriétaires mais leur discrétion est exemplaire L'accueil réservé a été très agréable Le gite est très propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. Le garage qui sert de sas pour la maison nous a permis de ne pas trop encombrer l'espace de vie. La piscine, nettoyée tous les jours, est très grande, un vrai bonheur pour les enfants. On est proches de grands lieux touristiques. Bref des vacances au top !!!!!!

Très bonne semaine passée au calme

Location très confortable et agréable pour sa literie, son garage très pratique!!, sa déco actuelle. Tout confort, ne manque plus qu'un petit lave-vaisselle éventuellement mais à 3 on s'en est sortis! Cadre très reposant , calme , joli, piscine parfaite avec son équipement à disposition . Propriétaires extrêmement discrets et très sympathiques. Sarlat à proximité , Rocamadour à 50 mn, beaucoup de choses à faire à 10 kms seulement . En bref , nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille et conseillons cette location les yeux fermés. S'il faut émettre un petit bémol : la déception de constater que la location a vue sur l'arrière de la maison du propriétaire . Déception vite oubliée par leur discrétion. Encore merci pour votre accueil et bonnes vacances aux prochains! Lison et ses parents :-)

Très bon accueil, sympathique et convivial. La maison est agréable, tout confort et bien située. Il y a pleins de balades à faire aux alentours, à pieds ou en vélo. La région est magnifique ! Je conseille cette location à tous ceux qui veulent découvrir Sarlat et ses environs !

Nous avons passé un séjour sympathique dans cette location propre et agréable; la piscine est très chouette et bien entretenue même si elle n'est pas juste accolée à la location. Très bon séjour dans un logement propre et bien équipé. Le lieu est calme et reposant ; les jeux sont les bienvenus pour les petits et la piscine a fait le bonheur de tous La région est belle avec plein de ballades et visites touristiques à faire et nous avons trouvé les gens aimables et disponibles, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans des régions très touristiques. Vacances de charme

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison en Août 2010. Location très propre, très bien équipée et à proximité de tous les lieux touristiques. Jardin arboré, piscine, et aire de jeux pour les enfants. Tout est réuni pour passer d'excellentes vacances au calme. Nous sommes venus avec un enfant en bas âges et un enfant de 5 ans. Inutile de prévoir les équipements de bébé puisque tout est fourni, ce qui est très utile. La piscine est cloturée donc sécurisée lorsque les enfants jouent dans le jardin. Petite terrasse avec salon de jardin très appréciable pour le petit déjeuner et les autres repas de la journée. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, nous recommandons grandement cette location, et nous y reviendrons. La région est très belle, grand choix de visites.

vacances de rêve

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable. Après la chaleur des balades quotidiennes, nous avons adoré nous retrouvé autour de la piscine. Et quel calme dans cet environnement magnifique. Les chambres sont trés bien tenues et la terasse sur le devant un vrai espace à vivre. On recommande vivement.
