Flat 8 - extremely spacious 2 bedroom loft apartment (sleeps 6) nr beach/town,

Regency Court is an elegant, period building, consisting of 8 purpose built holiday flats. Set in its own grounds, with a large, safe back garden and car park.
The 2 bedroom apartment is light, airy and very spacious. Consists of lounge with double bed, sofas and freeview t.v. One double bedroom with double bed,
second bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate kitchen/diner with table and chairs, convection oven, microwave, fridge freezer and, washing machine as well as cooking utensils, crockery, kettle and toaster. Fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath. Free wi-fi (subject to internet provider). In our large private garden, there is a large lawn and a patio area with plenty of seating and tables. A rotary clothes line is also available. We can provide a cot/highchair (bring own bedding).

Regency Court is located next to the beautiful Bournemouth Pleasure gardens with its tennis courts, and coffee shop, free table tennis and adventure playground. You can easily walk to the town and beaches within 15 mins (7 mins if you take the shortcut). 2 mins from the apartment you will find bus stops, a Co-op supermarket, takeaways and restaurants. You can leave your car in the car park and walk or catch the bus. The owners will be there to greet you and be available during your stay.

We have just started advertising with HomeAway, so we do not have many reviews yet. However, we have been letting our apartments for many years and have lots of returning guests.

Suitable for children, Non smoking apartment, sorry we are unable to accept pets.
During high season, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday

There are numerous places to visit which are very near to Regency Court including: Oceanarium, Adventure Wonderland, Monkey World, Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island, Compton Acres, Upton House Country Park. Christchurch Quay, Sandbanks and Studland beaches as well as a variety of places a little further away, but all within 50 mins drive.

There are a wide array of brochures in our reception and the owner can give you more information for days out.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our time in Flat #8, so much, we booked a second week in Flat #7. This review covers both flats. Pros: Great location. 10 min walk to the beach (medium chine which you can to get to by car, so much quieter than the other beaches), 7 min walk to either downtown Bournemouth or Westbourne. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Nice yard out back to relax in the sun. Both flats are on the top floor, so very quiet. Very clean, especially during CV19. Good linens and towels. Good showers, especially important after a long day at the beach. Becky was so easy to work with, had great recommendations of things to do, brought over anything missing from the flat. Flat 8 is very spacious! Cons: Beds were firm, which was not to our liking. Pans in the kitchen could be upgraded, especially with CV as we needed to do much more cooking in the flat. We had the best week, playing at the beach, windsurfing, stand up paddle boarding, crabbing, riding jet skis. I highly recommend this flat in Bournemouth it was centrally located and very clean, which was a huge worry for me during this pandemic. We felt very safe there!

Really clean, well maintained property ideal for our holiday needs

The property is ideally positioned in a quiet area which is within easy walking distance from the large beach and town centres of both Bournemouth and Westbourne. The property has all the essentials for a family stay, washing machine, fridge freezer ( good size) microwave and even a gas job. The shower is excellent supplied by an individual gas combo boiler. The wifi service is excellent which in this day and age is essential particularly with needy teenagers. Very close to many local services, bus routes, supermarkets and local shops restaurants and bars. Becky, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property and when I visit Bournemouth Regency will be the first accommodation on my wish list.

Very Convenient for town centre, clean, tidy. Overall as expected.

Very good had wonderful weather which was fortunate, owner & family were very welcoming & helpful. Property was in a nice setting, only thing missing was a drier should we have had the need if the weather had been wet. Would return in the future. Garden was good for the children and child friendly.

Schönes zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

Eine schöne zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, bei möglichen Mängeln wurde umgehend Abhilfe geschaffen, auch kleinere Veränderung die für uns fünf notwendig wurden wurden bereits im Voraus geschaffen. Der Park von Bournemouth ist nah, zwei Strände sind in der Nähe, einer dieser Strände sind mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Sauberkeit ist absolut gegeben, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist nur wenig Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
