It's tastefully decorated in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to local attractions, beaches, wineries and shopping, Hillside House has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the main floor (the second floor) there is an open floor plan of the kitchen, dinning and living room. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with four bar stools for additional seating. The dinning room has a round table for four which extends for two additional chairs. The living room features a fireplace for those cool nights and a breathtaking view of the ocean and Morro Rock. Also, an entertainment center with a 70" HDTV and a DVD player with several DVD movies for your enjoyment. The Guest Bedrooms have comfortable Queen Size Beds and the Master Suite has a King Size Bed. The first floor has a garage and drive way parking for additional cars.
