Lovely home with ocean view from living room and master suite

Hillside House is the perfect getaway for families, especially families that include adult children and couples. It's tastefully decorated in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to local attractions, beaches, wineries and shopping, Hillside House has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the main floor (the second floor) there is an open floor plan of the kitchen, dinning and living room. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with four bar stools for additional seating. The dinning room has a round table for four which extends for two additional chairs. The living room features a breathtaking view of the ocean and Morro Rock. Also, an entertainment center with a 70" HDTV and a DVD player with several DVD movies for your enjoyment. The Guest Bedrooms have comfortable Queen Size Beds and the Master Suite has a King Size Bed. The first floor has a garage and drive way parking for additional cars.

Spacious house with all the amenities!

We stayed in this house while we volunteered for Project Surf Camp. It was the perfect location. Just close enough to the embarcadero and camp yet far enough that you didn't deal with the tourist traffic. (10 to 20 minute walk to almost every thing.) The kitchen had everything we needed. It was also great that there was a gas grill! The master bedroom had a spacious bathroom, decently comfy bed and a nice TV. We only watched the tv once but it was nice having the option if desired. I'm unsure of the comfort to the rest of the beds however no one complained. The main livingroom had a gigantic TV for family movie night which was nice. There was also plenty of sitting room to just read a book and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. There is only a front patio, no back yard, however there is a walkway around the house. Which I found perfect to practice yoga. Just enough shade and breeze to enjoy myself. (Gorgeous front yard garden!) The neighbors are kind and respectful! One perk I loved was having access to the garage. We brought our Stand Up Paddleboards so it was great to be able to store them inside for the night. Overall it was a great time being able to cook and grill our own meals while enjoying each others company in a spacious home!

Amazing home with great hosts

Upon entry into the property, you feel at home. Everything is very well kept and upgraded. The living space is big and beautiful with a huge tv and wifi provided. The bedrooms are spacious and the master was grand. Communications were great and we have no complaints whatsoever. The amenities provided, location, and size of this house make it a perfect stay and we will not only recommend it to others but look forward to returning and staying again. Thank you!!!

SUPERB!

We have stayed in many VRBO and Airbnb places. This jewel has to be the best yet....please read all prior comments from others as they aptly apply to this beautiful, well designed house which has A+ amenities, provisions and FIRST class kitchen and eating utensils.....very quiet, clean and handy to the oceanside town which provides more than enough essential stores, shops, diversions and great beach eateries. Ms. Meske is most affable and great to deal with......thank you.

Great place!

This rental was very comfortable, clean and had a nice layout for my family. The owner was prompt with her responses and since this was a last minute trip, we really appreciated her attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Home

This home is tidy, neat and organized. My boys and I liked the layout and the amenities. Wi-Fi was perfect, Cable TV worked superbly, and seating was good. The ping pong table was an extra treat--every evening we had a ping pong tournament and it was a great way to bring us all together for fun games, talk and laughs. Food shopping was 3 minutes away, the beach/harbor was a 5 minute drive. Nice neighborhood to take a walk and get great views of Morro Rock and the ocean.

Loved it!!

We recently stayed at this house and we would definitely stay here again. The house is so cute and updated. The beds were very comfortable and the owner provided awesome amenities including bedding, bath and beach towels, great pots, pans, glasses and knives. We enjoyed just hanging out at the house very much. Definitely a treat for the price!
