We’re delighted to welcome into our portfolio this very large family home on a quiet residential road, an easy walk to Fulham Broadway tube station. With abundant space indoors and out, it will suit families and larger groups in great comfort.
LIVING & EATING A large eat in kitchen sits on the ground floor, opening directly onto the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, as you’d expect, with all the amenities for family meals, and the open plan dining area offers lots of space. Adjoining this room is the spacious sitting room, with high ceilings, fireplace, and TV. The basement also has a kitchen/utility room with cooking facilities, and a very large playroom.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS The home can sleep a total of eight guests. The basement has a bedroom with a UK king size (5ft wide), served by a bathroom with shower stall. The first floor has two double bedrooms (both 4.5ft wide) and a large family bathroom with shower stall and bath. The top floor accommodates the master bedroom with superking bed (6ft wide) and en suite bathroom with clawfoot bath.
ACCESS & LAYOUT The home is accessed at street level into the main living room, and is set over 4 floors, including the basement.
ON YOUR DOORSTEP The home is situated on a quiet residential road but with easy walking access to numerous shops, the lovely Eel Brook Common and Parson’s Green, some excellent restaurants (including the gastro pub The Tommy Tucker on the same street) and Fulham Broadway, which includes the tube station (District Line), a large cinema and multiple eating options. This part of Fulham is very family oriented, and this home is very family friendly!

We love so many things about the property, the location is perfect. Close to buses and the tube. The house has enough room for several adults. The kitchen makes it possible to cook for a larger party and is well equipped. We’ve stayed here several times and can recommend it.

We loved this home! It has character and charm as well as plenty of space! The kitchen is well stocked and so cheery to look out to the green space in the garden. One morning we were visited by a huge pigeon! The house itself is great but the location is even better! Close to the tube, shops, groceries and restaurants and a pub at the end of the block, we couldn’t have been more pleased!

Lovely stay. The home has a beautiful, well stocked kitchen. The garden is a perfect escape. The basement is modernized, with tall ceilings, and plenty of space for kids to play. The rooms and beds are comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 adult children and we were absolutely delighted! A beautiful old home with plenty of space for everyone, super close to the tube station, wonderful food and easy to get everywhere! We would absolutely stay here again!
The townhouse was perfect for our family get together: plenty of space to spread out after a day of touring and conveniently located close to a tube stop, groceries, and restaurants. The kitchen was spacious and well- stocked and the little garden out back was a quiet place to retreat to.

Property was located in a great area. Lots of room for our group, and great kitchen. Nice pub down the street for nights you don’t want to cook. Great place!
Great space for a family in London! Very close to a lot of restaurants and the District Line. Loved the layout and the huge kitchen! Would definitely return
Stayed for a week with family in April 2023. The house was very spacious and perfect for our family holiday in London. The location was ideal, on a quiet road with a less than 10 minute walk to the Fulham Broadway tube station and the District Line.
We traveled to London with 3 adults and 3 kids (4, 8, and 10). The home had a ton of space for everyone. The location was perfect. Only a 5 minute walk to the tube station and super close to many bus lines. Also in walking distance to many restaurants and supermarket. The place was well stocked with everything we needed.
This house was as lovely and comfortable as its photos. We loved the neighborhood and the closeness to the Tube stop and to grocery stores and pharmacies. We recommend it highly

I was very happy to arrive for our week’s holiday in London and find our rental home perfect for the 7 of us. There was space for us to enjoy some privacy along with family time together in a beautiful kitchen, living room and downstairs family room. We could easily visit the shops near us or hop on the Underground and travel into London. Highly recommended to others!
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property- the rooms were spacious (except the tiny one but it also had a tiny sitting room) the kitchen is very nice- lots of good equipment and loved the spacious island and the nice table and chairs. Living room comfy with a big ottoman yo put your feet up. Lots of stairs so be aware but they are nicely carpeted with good handrails. It also has a cute back garden which was a bonus
Gorgeous home with beautiful appointments. Everything is updated and easy to use. The layout was perfect for a large group to gather after long days of sightseeing. All the bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses very comfortable. The home felt very welcoming and bright. The location - 2 block from the station was perfect with some very good restaurants and pubs in walking distance. Don't miss The Fox and Pheasant! Also walkable to the Chelsea docks for the Uber boats. Would highly reccomend.
The house was lovely and a great location for getting to center London. It is only a 20 minute tube ride into central London. There were a couple of grocery stores near by as well as restaurants. The house had plenty of space for our extended family of 8. Our granddaughters

The house is located close to the tube station Fulham Broadway (5min. by foot). Only huge downside was the whirlpool thats promoted at FeWo because there is none in this house
We stayed in Fulham, London. A great location. House served our purpose very well. It was clean, furnished, and cozy. Great for a family.
The kitchen needed better pots and pans. Very poor in this area.
There was a mold smell in lower basement bedroom that needs to be taken care of. I think mold is growing on the flooring.
This is a well appointed home, with good space and in a great location. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our multi-generational family vacation. The kitchen and garden area were wonderful gathering areas. The basement has a slight mildew smell but everything was clean. We appreciated the fans in the house as we arrived in London during a heat wave and air conditioning is very rare. It is close to a tube station, grocery store and a few restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. It is an older home but that's what we wanted in London. Loved having in home laundry. They do need to fix the TV in the basement bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.
Our stay in this home began with a last minute request for early check-in which was quickly answered with positive results, especially helpful since many flights from the USA are red-eye flights that arrive early in the morning.
We picked up both sets of keys at the designated key nest location, with all details communicated very clearly prior to traveling. We arrive at the home, only a couple blocks away, to see a well cared for home in a neighborhood that seemed to be largely residential long term homes. The location is convenient to both the London Underground trains (nearby station is Fulham Broadway) and many wonderful local restaurants and grocery stores. Stonehenge and Dover.
Inside the home everything we needed for the week's stay was easy to locate. We typically make an effort to eat breakfast in the home every day, and this home is has a well appointed kitchen including gas range. We did have an issue with the water heater not functioning properly....a quick note to the property manager resulted in resolution by the end of the business day....THANKS! There were more bedrooms than were needed. This home is quite large and has a quaint backyard area. There is no air conditioning in the homes in London (as far as I've ever seen) so our small family picked out the bedrooms with best airflow via windows and fans.
This home makes an excellent home base for exploring London. The Underground line that serves this location is the District Line.
