About this property

Beautiful condo family near to the beach. Pool / Wifi - only families

Located 400 m from the beach, is a big resort ideal for your beach holidays.

It´s featured with 5 swimming pools: 1 heated pool, 2 pools for kids and 3 for adults and outdoor jacuzzi. HEATED POOL OPEN ALL WINTER-SPRING. OUTSIDE POOL CLOSED FROM END SEPT. TO END APRIL.



There are two areas where you can cook a barbecue or paella. You can also use tables and chairs to enjoy the meal under the shade of a roof.



You play some sports like play tennis and Padel. There is a tennis court and two padel court. You can enjoy them for FREE.

Make a break in the Sauna (1€/hour) or in the heating swiming pool or go to the gym. There is also playground with swings for your children.



The apartment has a big living room up to 6/7 people with large sofa, TV with international channels. and eating area for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 3 single beds. Linen provided.



There is a big terrace with view to the sea and to the mountains. The terrace has table and chairs for seating 6 people, and two deck chairs. There are two bathrooms: 1with shower, 1with bathtub enclosed.



Kitchen is fully equipped.



FREE WIFI with high speed.



AIRCONDITIONING/HEATING in the bedrooms and livingroom.



When you go to the beach, you will find a Windsurf/surf School with very friendly people. We recommend you this if you are coming with kids. They will enjoy it a lot and you will have time to relax (win-win).



In the area there are some greengrouceries and bakery and also a great supermarket.



About restaurants, you will find a lot but we can tell you where to go and what you have to order.

Excelente todo, las caracter&iacutesticas del inmueble, su equipamiento, las dimensiones, y la atenci&oacuten del personal, cuando llegamos no hab&iacutea internet, dimos aviso y al poco rato ya ten&iacuteamos servicio. Es un edificio de muy buena calidad, como tambi&eacuten el mobiliario interior, en la &eacutepoca que estuve s&uacuteper tranquilo y con parking en la puerta, las vistas desde el piso 9 muy bonitas. Sin detalles

El apartamento es excelente te hace sentirte como en tu propia casa Todo super cuidado y bien cuidado hasta el último detalle El trato del personal excelente, siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad Repetiría todos los años Los niños disfrutaron un montón en la playa y en la piscina Acercar un poquito la playa al apartamento u viceversa.

El apartamento muy amplio y limpio.La cama super cómoda hemos podido descansar muy bien.Aunque hemos estado fuera de temporada y teníamos algún día fresquito para estar en la playa podríamos usar la piscina climatizada y la sauna.Sin duda volveremos

El alojamiento ha superado todas nuestras expectativas!

El complejo es impresionante. Cuenta con varias piscinas y una de ellas es climatizada. Los gimnasios están muy bien equipados. El apartamento no puede estar mejor, es grande, está totalmente reformado y cuenta con todo el equipamiento necesario para poder vivir una temporada larga y todo es nuevo. La ubicación es ideal ya que cuenta con servicios alrededor pero está en una zona tranquila de Gandía. La playa está a 5 minutos. Por decir algo, la bañera tenía una alcachofa que no se podía colocar en el aplique por lo que no te podías duchar.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem. In der Küche hat man alles, was man braucht. Geschirr gibt es mehr als genug. Die Hausanlage ist sehr sauber und schön. Zum Strand sind es ca. 7 Gehminuten über eine Abkürzung. Der Strand ist toll. Die Duschköpfe lassen sich nicht positionieren, zum Duschen muss man den Duschkopf in der Hand halten, deshalb unbequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, aber das lässt sich ja leider nicht beheben.

LA casa es muy cómoda y la urbanización estupenda. Gregorio se portó estupendamente, nos resolvió los problemas q tuvimos incluso a horas un poco intempestivas. En el menaje de la cocina añadiría alguna ensaladera y alguna jarra para las bebidas

Clean and modern apartment in quiet yet accessible location

Very happy with the location, size, quality and price of this rental. Lovely views out over the fields and mountains from the balcony, a mere 10 min leisurely walk to the beach and a few local restaurants. Apartment was well equipped, clean, WiFi worked well (a rarity) and the windows all had shutters (for light and security). The overall complex had a great warm indoor saltwater pool and good outdoor pools too. The only criticisms/advice: you need swim-hats for the indoor pool (required, would have been helpful to know in advance), there was no safe in the apartment (but as mentioned we flt it was secure with the shutters down) and we were't told of restrictive hours for the pools due to it being off season (mainly outdoor, the deeper section being completely shut off) - on-season is June-September, we stayed last week of May. All very minor issues though. Would happily stay again.

Los apartamentos ya los conocía de otras ocasiones. Tiene prácticamente todo lo que puedes necesitar en vacaciones. Por decir algo, no estaría mal tener algún utensilio más de cocina como jarras para agua, ya sea de plástico o de cristal. Pero por decir algo.

Super location à Gandia

Une location conforme à la description et aux photos.Tout est récent , et il y à tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine , l'appartement est très bien fourni, nous n'avons manquez de rien. La résidence est sympathique avec ses 5 piscines et ses cours de tennis.C'est un peu excentré , cela à l'avantage d'avoir les plages accessible à pieds ui ne sont pas trop chargé de monde, par contre il faut prévoir une voiture pour bouger au port.Encore merci à notre Hôte qui est très compréhensif !
