Beautiful Ocean View and Sunsets! 2 Beach Chairs Included! Must be 25 to Rent!

Sunbird Condominiums now fully open. The condos have been newly roofed, new decking, pools all updated. The unit has recently been completely remodeled with all new floors, updated kitchen and bath. Kitchen has been renovated with all new cabinets, countertops and new appliances. The Bathroom has been updated with a walk in tile shower, new floors and new vanity. Bedroom and bunks have new mattresses.
This unit is located on the desirable 6th floor with great views and privacy. Building has a total of 12 floors so there are no long elevator lines or waiting.

Perfect for couples or families!
The Sunbird is centrally located in Panama City Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Our unit is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and most importantly just steps away from the beach. Unit is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with king bed in bedroom and a bunk bed area in living room. Living room has a new 55 inch tv and bedroom has a mounted flat screen tv as well.

This is a gated family friendly condo. There are 3 swimming pools one of which is heated November through March. There are barbecue grills located next to two of the pools. Complex offers a workout facility and a laundry room located on first floors by elevators. We offer 2 beach chairs seasonal March-October.

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT THIS UNIT. NO
PETS ALLOWED. The person who rents unit is responsible for the unit and must reside in the unit for the entire stay. No subletting allowed, you may not rent this unit for someone else. These are HOA rules and if not followed you will be asked to leave the premises with NO refund.

Additional fees upon arrival are parking pass and arm bands.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Location was great! More quiet than other places on the busier streets but still we were able to walk on the beach (starting from the rental) to see friends staying west of us. The unit has everything one would need and was very clean. Next time we hope to play a little pickle ball or swim in the pool when it is a bit warmer than this February trip.

Nicely decorated. Very clean. Great location on the beach and with pools. Lots of options for things to so and places to eat nearby. The only reason this place won’t get 5 stars is that Pineapple Willy’s is right next door and their parking lit lights hinder the night views of the beach.
