Please come and enjoy our 11th floor gulf front 1BR 1BA condo at the Sunbird. This complex and unit is right on the beach with a private balcony overlooking the beach. It doesn't get any better than that!

The Sunbird 1110 west boasts a great view and OH...what a sunset!

It is a one bedroom that will sleep 4 with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen.
Maximum capacity is 4 persons.

There is a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room with a Blue Ray player for late nights or rainy days. There is also a 28 inch flat screen TV in the bedroom with a DVD player. Direct TV and WIFI are in the unit for your enjoyment.

If you would rather go out, the sunbird has one of the best locations on the beach. Located within walking distance of several restaurants and there is even a gate that goes from the sunbird property to the famous Pineapple Willies where you can enjoy the sports bar, food at the restaurant or on the pier.

The sunbird offers 3 pools, charcoal grills, fitness room, tennis court with shuffle board and pickleball and direct beach access. Step off the property and directly into the sugar white sand of panama city beach. The property has a gated access from the road and from the beach for your security.

The Sunbird has been a great vacation spot for many years mostly because of its great location. Right on the beach, next to Pineapple Willys, within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions and of course Walmart.

The fine print:

Must have one person in party at least 25 years old.
2 night minimum excluding holidays/special events.
Inquire for Holiday/Special Event pricing as listed rates may not apply.
Inquire for snowbird or monthly quotes.

Check out 10 am.
Additional required complex fees not included in rate: Parking fee is required for one vehicle only and must be registered online with required ID information for each person 18 and older. Car Tag Readers and video surveillance is on complex premises for your security and safety, along with 24 hour security company on site. This cost is $50 for parking ,plus armband fee purchase of $6.00 per armband.
Parking passes and armbands not included in rental rate. Pricing subject to change.

Beach chair rentals are NOT included with this Unit. These are available by rental purchase directly on the beach during the season, usually April thru October.

Linens and towels are included in this unit. No daily laundry service is available for towel/linen exchanges. There is a coin operated laundry facility on premises for your convenience.

A great getaway!

The property owner was extremely inviting. She offered early check-in and late check-out. She sent restaurant suggestions and was very informative. The room was clean and stocked very well with cleaning supplies and kitchen items.

I stayed in Sunbird Condominiums 1110W. The property is beautiful! This place is perfect! It has anything and everything you can think of. This was a solo trip for me and I had an amazing vacation! The owners are an incredibly nice couple. The check in process was super easy and their communication was impeccable. I would 100% come back and stay here again!

Property owner was great! Accommodated an early check in. Secure/gated lot. Unit is compact, but, has everything you need. Would prefer a king size bed, but, was not an issue at all. Plenty of clean linen provided. Extra amenities included board games, books, Dvd's as well as a great TV and binoculars. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you to Donna.

Pics don't do it justice

The pictures don't do this condo justice. It is well stocked and clean. I have never had so many trash bags, towels, sopas, etc. I have stayed in a lot of places in Florida and have rarely been impressed with the state of the bathrooms. This is the first time I haven't had to clean the tub before using it. The location is excellent. Close to what you need, but not a lot of units on the property. The beach is less crowded than other properties.

Fantastic!

I’ve been to PCB many times, but always booked a hotel … but for the price and location and what you get, this listing is amazing! Excellent communication from host! Before arriving she sent us detailed instructions on how to obtain parking pass and wristbands, which I found wonderful! (After a 14 hour car ride the last thing I wanted to do was figure that out). The place was just as wonderful as the listing and the view was spectacular! The condo is loaded with all we could have needed as well. Very clean also! The location is very good, but get out early if you want prime real estate on the beach. There are chairs available to rent for the day, but we didn’t take advantage of that as we brought our own. The pool areas are nice as well. I couldn’t be more happier with trip, Im so glad this was the one I booked!

Wonderful property. The location is perfect with the pool and Pineapple Willies so close. Sitting in the "breakfast nook" and on the porch gave us incredible views. The kitchen was well stocked, the family room included games, books and additional sheets and blankets. I've never stayed in a location that offered so many towels! I highly recommend this unit. The communication with the host was easy and she was quick to reply.

This unit was a great place to stay. The location was perfect for us. It was not crowded in the pools nor on the beach unlike some of the other locations close by. The balcony was peaceful. If Pineapple Willy's had a band we could not hear it. The elevators were fast, just 12 floors here. The check in was simple and easy. We had a great time and would stay at Sunbird again!

Donna and Bill have been coming to PCB for years. We really love the beach and the beach atmosphere. Its as much the beach attitude as it is the beach itself. We finally made a choice to get something more permanent at the beach. Bill is a firefighter and Donna works in a hospital. In our (limited) spare time, other than the beach, we enjoy riding our harleys (donna has her own!) and playing with our horses. Bill is also a volunteer at the local fire department.
We are "hands on" owners and your input is greatly appreciated.
