Great two bedroom flat which suited us well for a trip to attend a family party in Hove. Beds were comfy and the little kitchen was well equipped. We loved using the hot tub and the access to the beautiful garden. Arrival, communication and the atmosphere of the place all felt very relaxed and friendly. Thanks for answering our little queries so promptly, and for the clear and helpful instructions for check in, parking, and the operation of the spa items. A few dishwasher tablets might be handy for future guests.

Excellent property, everything you need and spotlessly clean

We had a wonderful long weekend in this property and certainly hope to return sometime in the future. The garden was absolutely beautiful and my grand children loved it , the views were terriffic. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotbtub was great after endless walks around Brighton. The property was very close to Brighton which was handy.

The Apartment is out of town but well situated for cabs and buses, the garden is lovely and a real assett to the property Unfortunately the hot tub was not working the water was bitty and the area smelled fausty. As we had booked this apartment particularly for the hot tub we were very disappointed. Peter the host was fast to respond but not able to visit to fix the problem, the solution offered did not fix the problem for 36 hours by which time we were leaving. The property could really do with a deep clean. For a spa stay we did expect a higher level of cleanliness.Finding someone's socks under the lounge table was quite the ick ! Overall it was a great stay because of the company and occasion ,but for spa apartment stay disappointing.

Hi Gaynor .Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. I had responded to you very quickly after your call to try and explain how to work the hot tub and set the temperature , and not the 36 hours you mentioned, and I do not understand why it did not work and It apparently was working when you left the appartment. However I also did offer a generous part refund for the inconvenience . The appartment is located within a 40 minute walk of brighton, a £10 Uber ride and a 10 minute walk to Brighton Pride which was occurring on the weekend of your stay and is correctly listed on the VRBO map listing, therefore I am surprised that you had an issue with the location as I believe you were attending the event . We generally receive 5 star reviews and hopefully if you do decide to stay again we will meet your requirements next time

Our break in Brighton

It was a lovely flat with plenty of space but we were disappointed with the condition. The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. Was not worth the money we paid and there was no welcome from the owners or information about local events etc.

Hi Linda I am sorry you were not completely satisfied with your stay. We achieve an average 4,7 score on all reviews and the majority of guests like the private facilities of the sauna and hot tub . The spacious Appartment and large terrace . The Appartment was only redecorated six months ago and is in good condition. I take your point that a couple of the cushions zips have broken and perhaps and also I am sorry that you did not feel welcomed . We have always received 5 stars for communication with guests.

Great place with amazing facilities!

Very nice and peaceful location. Near to all our favourite Brighton hotspots. We couldn't wait to get back to the house every night to use the spa room facilities or just enjoy the living space.

Fabulous Blissful Getaway

We really enjoyed the beautiful views, vast stretches of gardens and of course the Spa - in door hot tub and sauna!!! Loved it! The owner was so nice and helpful - just a call away, and he gave us our full privacy too. Blissful and quiet area - lovely walks. Best place for a business retreat too! This is our 2nd time here....we're definitely coming back again and again!!!!

We would definitely book agin

The property was perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was excellent. The owner was lovely and was at the end of the phone if we needed them. Tiny picky thing needs mirrors in the bedrooms and maybe location of supermarket and taxi firm to use.

Lovely apartment in Brighton

The apartment is spacious and the hot tub and sauna are such a great addition. The ping pong table and outdoor space are good to have and we had loads of fun staying here. The hosts were easy to communicate with and we’d recommend staying here to other couples and friends.
