Villa Flora is a three bedroom, two storey detached villa with extensive balconies, roof terrace and private pool. It is close (5-10 minute walk) to Kalkan town centre, the harbour and the sea. The views are fantastic, in one direction to the Mediterranean Sea and the islands, in the other, to the foothills of the Taurus Mountains.

There is a large balcony with Turkish divans that enjoys panoramic views of the mountains and the bay. This is directly off the kitchen and the living room so is an ideal place to eat and drink. The divans are also great for a little siesta from time to time.

The living room offers panoramic views over Kalkan and the bay. There is a dining table that can seat six people, as well as two armchairs and sofa. The room has its own balcony. There is a TV and WIFI.

The two main bedrooms are large and have their own bathrooms. One has a king-sized bed whilst the other has twin single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed and a child bed with easy access to an adjacent third bathroom.

There is a large roof terrace with all round views to the sea and mountains. On the roof terrace, there is a dining table with six chairs, as well as a reading area and two sunbeds.

The feeling of seclusion of Villa Flora is enhanced by the olive grove running down one side of the property.

Fantastic well appointed villa

We had a great time staying at Villa Flora. It is well equipped with a nice size pool (which is cleaned everyday) in quiet area about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Kalkan and a good supermarket just around the corner. The views from the villa are spectacular, especially at night when the bay is lit up. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you visit Kalkan, i would recommend it to anybody, it ticks all the boxes and will be making a return.

Perfection

This property was everything we wanted. It was set out well and took advantage of the amazing views. It was around the corner from The market and close enough to town to walk. It has a n olive grove to the side and is not really overlooked which was lovely. Nice quiet area which enhanced our stay. Communication with owner was great and issues were sorted quickly. If I return to Kalkan, this is where I will book. Home from home villa which had everything you needed.

Gorgeous villa in a fantastic location. Few minutes walk to the old town and the port and lots of local amenities on the doorstep.The villa feels private due to the olive grove alongside the property and the pool and surrounding area is fantastic for cooling off.There are multiple balconies and roof terraces to enjoy the amazing views out to see and the surrounding mountains.The villa is very well equipped with everything for a fantastic vacation, we will definitely be back.The communication with the owner and on-site house keeping team has been excellent, very helpful and efficient.Fabulous roof top terrace restaurants which maximise the views are only a few minutes away. 2 of our favourites were Nova and Tempest.Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone planning a trip to Kalkan!

This is our 4th visit to this villa and we were grateful to get here under the circumstances, Villa is ideal for 5 although single bed is a little on small side. Ideal location as gets breeze in afternoon, gardener is lovely and friendly would highly recommend.

Excellent place in excellent location

Villa Flora is a great place to stay in Kalkan, it is very convenient, has everything that is needed and it's just walking distance from restaurants and harbour area. The service and support was great, so there is nothing to complain about. We are certainly considering to come back to the same place!!!

2nd Stay and I still loved it!

This was our 2nd stay in Villa Flora last staying 2 yrs ago. Beautiful views nice and quiet and private location 2 minutes away from the bars and restaurants on the road down towards the old town, handy if you don’t fancy the walk to the old town, alternatively you can get a taxi very easily for 15tl. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the welcome package was a nice added extra.

Just what we expected

So often the ads can be misleading and lead to disappointment on arrival but not at Villa flora. The apartment was spotless and everything worked, it had everything we needed. A great relaxing holiday had by all and thoroughly recomeded.

Villa heaven in beautiful Kalkan!

This is our second time at Villa Flora, we loved it so much in June, we came back! The villa is in a perfect location and even better we didn't need to hire a car, you can hire one if you want to for some sightseeing but everything you need is close by and it is all walking distance which is what we definitely prefer. We did think about doing some sightseeing on our second trip but it's so lovely here by the pool or the deck we didn't want to miss our villa time! The views are just beautiful, never tire of them and it changes throughout the day and night, mountains, the sea, watching the boats come in and out, and the sunsets.....gorgeous, and so worth staying up to see the moon slowly rise over the mountain! Both holidays we were greeted by Mehmet who patiently showed us around the villa, and answered all our questions and we had a really good welcome pack, nice touch! Glass of wine, milk for a cup of tea without having to go out! Butter, bread and cheese and some cherry jam that didn't last long. One of our big bugs with villas holidays and we know as we been to quite a few as we don't like hotel holidays, is sometimes the kitchen looks as though it's been cleaned out and you have to go and buy everything, salt, pepper, oil, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, t-roll, need I say more, it's all here, brilliant, we've just replaced stuff as we've needed to, which is the way to go. The villa has AC in the rooms, and excellent fans, it keeps pretty cool inside anyways ,we keep the curtains closed in the bedrooms to keep the sun out, and the bedrooms..... sleeping so well, super comfy mattresses and pillows. Lovely cool bathrooms and showers, and you can open the little window without getting any bugs in there as they have the mesh on the windows! I haven't watched TV here, but my 21 year stepdaughter who's with us this trip has loved the TV a couple of nights in and watched some of the DVD's, and just loves the roof terrace for catching the rays! Which spot to choose, mine's the deck and poolside. We've cooked in and used the BBQ a few times which is great, but there's loads of places to eat just down the road or by the old town and marina, which is really pretty , def try the ice cream stall, home made and amazing! Our only day away from the villa was our boat trip which was brilliant fun, great day out fishing and swimming and a third of the price you pay elsewhere. Planning our trip here next year so we get in 2 weeks! Love it!

My wife Helen and I live in London and we have a wonderful holiday villa in Kalkan available for rent. We love the villa as it's in walking distance to all amenities and only a short drive to the archaeological sites along the Lycian Way. Due to work commitments we only get to stay there a few weeks each year and so we offer it for rent.

What makes this property unique
