Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one en suite. 90x190 extra bed, TV, iron, free WIFI. Large living room with open kitchen fully equipped and utensils. Tb small appliances: blender, toaster, coffee maker.
Garage (optional). Community pool and garden. 300 m. Equestrian Center of Oliva Nova and 800 Oliva Nova Golf. Barbecue on the terrace, overlooking the sea and the dunes with garden chairs, table and awnings. Concierge. A few meters, walking: super, pharmacy, hairdresser, laundry, restaurant, cafeteria-bakery, service company such as cleaning apartments, laundry and iron. FROM JANUARY TO APRIL, ideal season of Hipica (MET) of Oliva Nova for its proximity and good temperature. Urbanization with total accessibility for people with mobility problems, wheelchair and baby car. Excellent temperature all year round.
