FABULOUS APARTMENT in a prestigious part of Shanklin and a short walk from a fantastic sandy beach stretching for miles. A wide promenade with waterfront restaurants providing live music most week-ends in the summer, cafes and gift shops.
Shanklin centre is a 10 minutes walk away with its own railway station and bus routes to cover most of the island.


The renowned Old Village is also within walking distance with its thatched cottages, tearooms and taverns.

The apartment is newly refurbished to a good modern standard and has its own PRIVATE ENTRANCE

WE HAVE NEVER REGRETTED MOVING HERE JUST WISH WE HAD DONE IT EARLIER

WE LIKED THE PROPERTY AND THE VERY LARGE PLOT IT STANDS ON.
ALSO YOU ARE NEAR TO ALL AMENITIES LIKE BEACH, TOWN CENTER, TRAINS,
BUS ROUTES ETC. EVERYTHING IS WITHIN 10 MINUTES WALKING DISTANCE,
YET THE HOUSE AND THE APARTMENT IS SET BACK AND PRIVATE
