A 140 2m house for 8 people based in l'Ametlla de Mar, Costa Daurda. The house is having 4 double bedrooms and one single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, dining-room, satelite TV, FREE WIFI, garden and PRIVATE salt swimming pool. One double bedroom and one bathroom downstairs.

Super cosy, with air conditioning in the dining-room, kitchen and in 2 bedrooms. In the rest of the bedrooms you have fans. Fence for children in the swiming pool.

The house it's 300m away form the beach and from the village as well, but in a very quiet area. The swiming-pool it's closed with a fence for the kids' security.

L’Ametlla de Mar it’s a very cosy fishermen village where the promenades by the harbour and the sea should be compulsory to be done.

There’s a railway train station in l’Ametlla de Mar itself but having a car is recommended, as you can park in front of the house (you are also having a garage) and using the car to go to the different creeks.

L'Ametlla de Mar is half an hour away from Port Aventura, amusement park for the whole family, and also half an hour away from the Delta del Ebro,natural park well known all around Europe.

La casa fiel a la descripcíon del anuncio, y perfecta para nuestra estancia. Todo muy limpio. Ubicación muy tranquila porque queda a un par de calles del pueblo. Sin duda, para repetir!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison début juillet 2024. Le Séjour est décevant sur plusieurs points Travaux de rénovation à prévoir dans la maison: notamment au niveau des salles de bains. Les cabines sont obsolètes, le carrelage est cassé dans la douche. Celle-ci fonctionne mal. Le ménage à la réception des clés est extrêmement sommaire. Il est impossible de dormir dans la chambre du dernier étage. La chaleur est étouffante et rien n est prévu pour cela. On nous a informé que les lits étaient en 160 afin que l on amène les draps. Cependant à notre arrivée les 3 lits doubles étaient en 140. Les pièces à vivre (séjour, terrasse...) restent très petites par rapport à la soi-disante capacité d'accueil de 9 personnes. Attention, le quartier est en travaux. Nous avons été réveillé à 8h toute par des tractopelles et des manteaux piqueurs contre la maison. Le bruit et le tremblement des murs nous forçais à partir toute la journée jusqu'à18h, heure d'arrêt des travaux.(Construction d'une résidence). Dans l ensemble les critères décris dans l annonce, sont largement en dessous des attentes pour un logement à plusieurs milliers d'euros pour la semaine. Passons les multiples détails, comme la clim qui cesse de fonctionner sous 30°, la cafetière ridiculement petite pour le nombre de personnes etc....

Un peu déçue

A notre arrivée le lundi réveil en fanfare pr construction d une route juste à côté de la maison un bruit non stop jusqu a 17/18h pendant tte la durée de notre sejour Sinon la maison en elle même très bien mais des réparations à refaire niveau piscine sdb du bas (carrelage fissure ds la douche) Les lits des enfants (sommiers) De très belle crique a faire

Estancia muy cómoda

Muy bien en general.Cosas a mejorar .Cobran bastante por la limpieza y habría que mejorarla un poco.Por el precio que cobran deberían incluir ropa de cama , toallas,trapos de cocina y sartenes que funcionen con la cocina de inducción . Piscina impecable y el chico que la limpia de 10 la deja impecable.

Lamentamos que hayais tenido algún problema con la limpieza. No tenemos ningún margen del plus de la limpieza entre el precio por hora, IVA y productos de limpieza. Damos la opción de llevar las sábanas y/o toallas para que este coste no aumente al precio del alquiler. Hay trapos de cocina y sartenes para inducción. Gracias,
