IN THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBORHOOD PURE BARS, GELATERIES, FOOD SHOPS, FRUITS, PITCHES WITH GAMES FOR CHILDREN AND MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITIES FOR SUMMER EVENINGS.

The apartment is located on the first floor south side, it is composed of a corridor leading to the 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and an entrance-living room with a sofa and tv with satsat service, adjacent kitchenette, and a large veranda with furnished sea view with table and chairs ideal for a dinner or a little relaxation, outdoors.
The parking space is guaranteed by nearby public parking lots, reserved for residents, the washing machine is shared with the apartment on the north side and is located in the stairwell.
