Amazing house

We were 2 families and we had an amazing stay. The house and pool area is were we spent most of our day and it was just perfect. Very much looking forward to come back

PROPRIÉTAIRE ESCROC. Nous a demandé 800 de caution pour des dommages que nous n’avions pas commis (n’a fait ni check in, ni check out bien sûr) et 5h de ménage supplémentaire alors que nous avions la preuve vidéo que la maison était propre. Impossible de joindre le concierge qui n’a pas répondu à nos appels et SMS, impossible de bloquer la caution. Le propriétaire a finit par accepter de nous rembourser 400 mais cela fait toujours 400 pour des dommages non commis ! Fuyez avant de vous faire arnaquer. À noter, terrain de pétanque mais les boules ne sont pas fournies… Bref, ne louez pas cette maison, c’est la première fois que ça m’arrive. Honte à Abritel qui n’a été d’aucune aide

Première expérience depuis 9 ans que nous louons notre villa via Abritel que nous avons à faire face à ce genre de désagréments (il suffit de lire tous les autres commentaires). Nous avons un concierge sur place qui remet les clés et s'occupe de l'assistance et du ménage en fin de séjour. C'était donc une location d'une semaine où la villa a été retrouvée dans un état déplorable (vitre du four cassée, grosses rayures sur plan de travail, baignoire déplacée avec joints qui ont sautées, déchets et nourriture à jeter...). En plus de cela, plaintes des voisins pour nuisances nocturnes... Pour explication et toute transparence, les 800 euros de caution ont été réduit de 800 à 400€ car nous avons finalement réussi à changer la vitre du four alors qu'on pensait initialement devoir racheter un nouveau four complet. En espérant ne plus avoir à faire à ce genre de locataires...

Es war einfach wunderbar! Alles hat gestimmt, ich wäre am liebsten für immer eingezogen… Die untere Wohnung wurde von unseren Teenagern genutzt, somit war es vollkommen okay, dass der Bereich nicht ganz so stil- und liebevoll eingerichtet war, wie der Rest. Ich würde immer wieder buchen!

Heerlijke vakantievilla met schitterend uitzicht op de Middelandse zee

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met een super uitzicht op zee. Ontzettend fijn zwembad bij het huis. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en je grijpt nergens op mis. Strand heel dichtbij en ook de boulevard is ontzettend leuk en gezellig met z’n leuke winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Wij hebben genoten!

Alles in allem wirklich eine super Unterkunft, Abzug gibts nur dafür, dass der Pool nicht beheizt ist und in der Hauptwohnung oben, das Bad keine Dusche hat sondern nur eine Badewanne.

1 Woche mit der Familie im Mai

Gepflegtes Haus, gut angelegte Gartenanlage am Hang. Der Blick bis zum Meer, aus dem Esszimmerbereich oder der überdachten Veranda, über den Infinity-Pool, ist einfach traumhaft. Bei ca. 800 m Entfernung eben anders als bei 80 m, dennoch über grüne Baumkronen hinweg, schöner Ausblick. Die 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 in der ersten Etage, 2 im Souterrain am Hang sind so gelegen, dass man sich nicht gegenseitig stört. Jeder bekam so seine Nachtruhe. Küche etc. gut ausgestattet. Auch genügend Gläser jeweils ( Wein-/Sekt/-Apritif) für die Anzahl der Gäste. Grundausstattung von Tabs und sowas, Gas für den Grill war vorhanden und inkl. Als die Abdeckung vom Pool klemmte, kam unverzüglich der Pool-Service. Wir haben mit unseren erwachsenen Kinder unseren 40. jährigen Hochzeitstag dort gefeiert bzw. deswegen eine Woche dort Urlaub gemacht und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Dieses Objekt würden wir ein zweites Mal anmieten.

TopLage, schönes Objekt, super Urlaub.

Wir waren für zwei Wochen mit zwei Familien in dem Ferienhaus. Durch die tolle Terrasse, den schönen Pool und die Nähe zum Mittelmeer waren wir direkt entspannt. Wir konnten den Pool (Ende Oktober/ Anfang November) jeden Tag benutzen. Die Sonne stand auf der Terrasse und eine Abkühlung tat ab und zu sehr gut. Der Gasgrill hat und öfter gute Dienste getan und auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Bäcker lag einen knappen Kilometer entfernt und lag auf unserer schönen Joggingstrecke entlang des Mittelmeers. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein wirklich schönes Haus. Der Urlaub war herrlich.

Très bel endroit avec une vue magnifique est très calme.

Belle propriété avec très belle piscine. il y a tout l'équipement le nécessaire pour cuisiner ainsi qu'en ce qui concerne le mobilier. Le nettoyage à notre arrivée laissait un peu à désirer. Un seul jeux de clef est insuffisant.

L’environnement et l’emplacement de la maison par rapport à la mer et des petits commerces sont un net avantage pour passer un très bon séjour, je recommande vivement Merci pour ce bon moment en famille de plus pour le mariage de ma fille

Un séjour de rêve

Tolles Haus mit Top-Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage

Mathieu hat uns in Empfang genommen und alles gut erklärt. Das Haus ist komplett eingerichtet, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Geschirr und Besteck sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Es ist alles sehr sauber, das Internet funktioniert tadellos. Selbst wer sein Homeoffice mal dahin verlegen möchte, ein Bürotisch und Stuhl ist vorhanden ;-). Wer seinen Kaffee aus der Kaffeemaschine mag, muss hier nach Alternativen suchen. Es steht eine Dolce Gusto und ein Wasserkocher zur Verfügung, mehr leider nicht. Zu beachten: Mitte Oktober hat man Sonne auf der Terrasse von 9 bis gegen 4 (das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Tal). Der Pool ist dann schon etwas für Hartgesottene, ich glaube, das Mittelmeer war wärmer. Zum Strand, Sparladen und kleinem Bäcker ca. 1km. Wir haben uns aber entschieden, Baguette und Croissant bei den L'amie du pain in Le Lavandou (ca. 20min mit dem Auto hin und zurück) zu kaufen. Probiert es aus. Wer mal nach St. Tropez und Ste. Maxime möchte, die D27 zu fahren ist ein Erlebnis.

Wunderschöner Spätsommeraufenthalt in Cavaliere

Schöne Villa, gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Angenehmer Pool, von der Größe her noch ausreichend. Gute Lage, etwas aus dem Trubel heraus. Schöner Blick über grüne Bäume hinweg aufs Meer.

Des vacances de rêve

Mr G. nous a accueilli dans cet endroit de rêve de façon trés sympathique et instructive. La maison est trés bien située il faut un peu marcher pour aller à la plage (eau superbe) mais peu de circulation. Elle est encrée sur une colline arborée de pins, chênes lièges qui fleurent bon le sud. La piscine est un véritable plus ,les ados se sont régalés ( nous aussi...) Trés bien équipée nous n'avons manqué de rien (verres couverts, serviettes draps...) Bien agencée pour que tous aient un espace de sommeil indépendant. Elle est bien entretenue, trés agréable à vivre, calme...bref vous l'aurez compris nous avons passé de tres bonnes vacances dans cette maison parfaite.MERCI

Toller Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage

Die Villa liegt in den Hügeln auf einem uneinsehbaren Grundstück mit wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und einem Pool in ruhiger Lage. Zum schönen Strand sind es ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß. Dort gibt es auch einen gut sortierten Supermarkt, einen Bäcker und nette Strandbars. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auf der Terrasse steht ein Gasgrill. Wir haben täglich dort gekocht oder gegrillt. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind sehr schön angelegt. Hier haben wir uns sehr gern aufgehalten. Zu beachten ist, dass im oberen Teil des Hauses 3 Betten sind (1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett) und in der getrennten Einliegerwohnung unten die restlichen Betten. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge entlang der Côte d‘Azur.

Fantastische locatie

Huisje gehuurd juli/augustus 2021. Huisje was mooi verzorgd/proper/net niets op aan te merken. Ideaal voor families met kinderen. Boven kunnen 3 personen slapen. Beneden 6 personen. Wel een uitklapbaar zetelbed. Op wandelafstand van de zee en verschillende winkeltjes. Hadden wel verwacht dat de bedden bij aankomst opgemaakt gingen zijn maar dat was niet zo. De stoelen buiten zijn aan vervanging toe. Maar al bij al super leuk huisje zeker aan te raden. Een extra lounge zitplaats zou wel leuk zijn. Zeker aan te raden huisje.

Très belle villa

Très agréable villa bien achalandée. Grand parking. Très belle vue, mais terrain plus petit que prévu. Belle piscine, mais dommage qu’a cause d’un problème du volet, nous ne profitons pas du débordement. Pas très grave toutefois... Dans l’ensemble nous sommes très satisfaits mais trouvons le prix un peu trop élevé par rapport à nos locations des années précédentes.

schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit Pool und Meerblick in Strandnähe

Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich, Küche komplett mit viel Geschirr. Bettenbreite 1,40 m. Auf der Wohnebene sind ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Zimmer mit Einzelbett. Die darunter liegende Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, Duschbad und WC - ist aber nur von außen zu erreichen, innen gibt es keine Verbindung. Trotzdem ist es ein sehr empfehlenswertes Haus für 2 Paare ( mit Kind): Pool 7x3,50m, Meerblick, schöne teils überdachte Terrasse mit Gasgrill. 15 Min. Fußweg zum Strand von Cavaliere mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Fantastic view and terrace but needs airconditioning

Overall a fantastic house with plenty of space for 2 families. The view and outside terrace are even better than what the pictures shows. The whole house is fresh and newly reconditioned bathrooms. A couple of things that pulls down the overall positive view is that there is no airconditioning in the house. The temperature at night was a bit above what I could take. Make sure to bring mosquito repellants and a fan... One more thing that pulls down the overall grade was that the ground floor could not be reached through stairs, instead you will have to go outside around the pool to reach the bedrooms. This was not clear from the presentation.
