Magnifique séjour passé chez Johan et Valérie ! Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. La petite maison correspond exactement à l’annonce. Tout est propre. Le jacuzzi a été notre petit moment de bonheur pendant la sieste de nos enfants. Le voisinage est vraiment calme, nous avons passé d’excellentes nuits, les matelas sont confortables. Tout a été refait à neuf, ça se voit et c’est très agréable. Tout a été très bien pensé et tout est pratique au quotidien (notamment l’agencement de la cuisine). Les clims fonctionnent parfaitement et sont un vrai plus. Toute la vaisselle est bien propre.Le petit extérieur est vraiment agréable (et calme !). Le logement est bien placé. Nous nous sommes sentis « comme à la maison », la plage en plus. Bref c’est un séjour plus que réussi !Merci à Johan et Valérie et peut être à l’année prochaine )

Wir würden sehr freundlich von den beiden Vermietern empfangen.Wir erhielten eine Führung durchs Haus und die wesentlichen Punkte wurden kurz erklärt.Das Haus ist in einem Top Zustand, sehr sauber und gepflegt.Die Betten sind bequem.Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung. Parken kann man überall wo was frei ist. Nachts ist es absolut ruhig.Die beiden Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sowie das Wohnzimmer sind klimatisiert.Der Kühlschrank hat ein Gefrierfach mit drei Schubladen.Steckdosen sind im Haus reichlich vorhanden.Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen TV.Am Fernseher im Wohnzimmer war der Anschluss eines Fire TV Stick problemlos möglich.Das WLAN ist stark.Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Der Gasgrill als Plancha ist Goldwert.Die Kinder haben den Whirlpool geliebt.Das Haus verfügt über zwei Toiletten die jeweils separiert vom Bad sind.Wir empfehlen das Wäschepaket. Die Standardmaße aus Deutschland passen so gar nicht.Zum Strand benötigt man zu Fuß eine Viertel Stunde.Der nächste und beste Supermarkt ist der CarreFour auf der Hauptdurchgangsstraße. Der Markt der schräg gegenüber der Siedlung liegt ist nicht so dolle. Zu empfehlen ist auch der Intermarche. Beide genannten Märkte haben eine Frischfischtheke.Wir kommen gerne wieder.Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Logement idéal

La maison est accueillante et chaleureuse à tel point que nous nous sommes sentis « chez nous ». Nous y avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. La résidence est très calme. Gros coup de cœur pour la cuisine qui est moderne et parfaitement équipée. Au niveau de la propreté, le logement a été impeccable. Johan et Valérie sont de super hôtes très accueillants et à l’écoute.

Tres bel endroit , central pour rayonner,car Beaucoup de belles choses à découvrir. Superbe séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location.Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles.La maison, très bien équipée, est très confortable et joliment décorée,on s'y sent bien tout de suite. Le petit jardin et le jacuzzi en plus... ! Tout est récent et joliment décoré. L'environnement est calme. Très bien situé pour découvrir la région.

Très bonnes vacances

De supers vacances au Lavandou. La location était parfaite. Au calme, le petit jardin bien agencé est appreciable, ainsi que le jaccuzi, un vrai plus. Des proprietaires tres à l'écoute qui nous ont même apporté des boules de pétanque que nous avions oubliées. Bon couchage, propre et bon emplacement. Tout peut se faire à pieds même si un peu éloigné du centre et des plages. Mais très rapide en voiture également avec des parkings gratuits à plusieurs endroits. Attention nous y étions en septembre. Je recommande ce lieu sans problème. Encore un grand merci.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Haus und es war eine tolle Zeit dort. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist toll (Supermärkte fussläufig und der "Stadtstrand" und die "Promenade" sind in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar). Das Einzige was es noch perfekter machen würde, wäre eine Waschmaschine. Bei längerem Aufenthalt wäre diese schon hilfreich, aber natürlich kein "Muss". In der Nähe der Wohnungen gibt es wunderschöne Buchten. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.

Super Appartment, freundliche Vermieter, toller Urlaub!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub als Familie mit zwei Kindern (3 und 6 Jahre alt) in dem bezaubernden Appartment/Haus verbracht. Der Check-in und Check-out war sehr freundlich, wie auch die Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter bei Fragen war erste Klasse! Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und es war alles sehr sauber! Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, da Supermärkte wie auch tolle Strände in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar waren. Kurzum, es war alles super! Vielen Dank!

Excellent accueil, idéalement situé, maison très propre et fonctionnelle et bien équipée.

Maison très agréable , moderne et au calme. La belle plage de Saint Clair est à 10 minutes en voiture. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Nous avons donc passé de bonnes vacances en famille pendant 15 jours.

Extraordinaire locations

La maison est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. Nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis bien. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Le rez-de-chaussée est très bien aménagée et magnifiquement décoré. Le petit jardin est très agréable et on s'y sent bien. Les chambres sont confortables, climatisées, les lits sont bons et on a super bien dormi. Deux toilettes, c'est très agréable à trois. La seule chose que nous avons regretté (mais c'est un détail), c'est un fond de cuisine qui serait assez pratique (sel, poivre, sucre, huile), juste le nécessaire pour ne pas devoir acheter les condiments. Nous nous réjouissions aussi de faire un peu de pâtisserie avec le robot qui est sur les photos, mais il n'y avait pas de robot. On s'est vengé sur les tartes tropéziennes. Je recommande vivement et nous remercions Johan et Valérie pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

La maison est bien située, au calme et en même temps, près de tout ! Plage et centre ville à 15mn, commerces à 2mn à pied… Le logement est super propre, moderne et décoré avec goût, il ne manque rien. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location, très bien située à 15 mn à pied du centre-ville et de la plage, très bien équipée, décorée avec goûts et le jacuzzi en plus ! Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires.

Séjour parfait !

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par les propriétaires qui ont été très attentionnés et disponibles durant tout notre séjour. La maison est très confortable et très bien équipée ! Tout est récent et joliment décoré. L'environnement est calme. Nous avons très bien dormi ! La climatisation est un vrai plus ! La plage et le centre ville du Lavandou sont à 12 et 15 minutes à pied ... très pratique pour ne pas avoir eu à utiliser la voiture de la semaine. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous reviendrons !

Magnifique propriété

Les propriétaires de la maison sont des hôtes charmants. Ils nous ont reçu avec le sourire malgré notre arrivée tardive. La maison est vraiment magnifique, d'une propreté irréprochable, tout a été refait à neuf. Tout est pensé pour passer un bon séjour ! La maison est proche de toute commodité (carrefour Market, Intermarché, boulangerie, plage, restaurants etc..) tout en étant dans un endroit calme. Le lotissement est équipé de places de parking pour pouvoir garer sa voiture en toute sécurité. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison avec son Jaccuzi.
