Lovely location looking over the main plaza where the market & fiestas are. 5 min walk to beach & harbour. Surrounded by good resturants & pubs. The flat was very spacious with a fab roof terrace. Can be loud music on weekend evening but music stops at 1am & silent following. I definitely would go again.

Alojamiento muy cómodo. Todo está limpio, hay muchas cosas en el apartamento. Todos los aparatos de aire acondicionado funcionaban en todas las habitaciones. Responden rápido, todo muy bien.

Wat een prachtig en gezellig huis voor ons gezin.

We werden verwelkomt met wat lekkers en zelfs in de koelkast stond al iets kouds om te drinken. 15 min van Palma en alles was prima te doen met de auto. Heerlijk om zo even weg te zijn in een oase van rust.

This apartment was really lovely, spacious and ideal for our stay. There were six of of and we all enjoyed our stay. Apartment is close to the beach, close to restaurants and shops. It’s right in the centre and at the local square with lively bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect place for our specific party

We found the location perfect. Central for restaurants, beach, shops. Loved living over a cocktail bar. Owner very accommodating with time of departure.

Schöner Urlaub "mitten im Leben"

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und durch die 4 Schlafzimmer findet man immer einen Rückzugsort. Die Einrichtung ist absolut ausreichend ... teilweise zwar schon etwas älter aber funktional. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Highlight ist die Dachterasse: Hier kann man wirklich schöne Abende verbringen ... und hier ist auch alles vorhanden (inkl. Spülmaschine), d. h. man muss nicht alles aus der Wohnung hochtragen. Die sehr zentralen Lage (man kommt aus der Haustür und ist mitten im Leben (Fußgängerzone/Hauptplatz des Ortes, Bars, Restaurants oder Mi. auf dem Markt) hat zwangsläufig 2 kleine Nachteile: Es kann auch mal etwas lauter werden und wenn morgens die Glascontainer geleert werden bzw. der Markt aufgebaut wird ... und einen Parkplatz um die Ecke findet man nicht so leicht. Insgesamt war es aber ein toller Urlaub.
