If you like your own space then this is for you! We have just the one static which is not situated on a park so you have no neighbours and you have the use of your own large garden which backs on to fields. The holiday home has its own private access and parking.

The 35x12 foot holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and one twin.
Duvets and pillows are provided but linens, sheets, covers etc are NOT provided so please bring your own
Bath and hand towels are NOT provided so please bring your own.
Tea towels ARE provided.
There is a toilet with wash basin and a separate shower room also with wash basin.
Complimentary soap and 1 or 2 toilet rolls are supplied to start you off.

The lounge is very light, Comfortable and spacious with ample seating with coffee table, gas fire, Freeview TV, DVD player, books, DVD's and games. There is a large dining table with ample seating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, grill and oven, fridge with freezer box, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and all crockery, utensils, pots, pans, etc.

Outside, there is patio furniture and a charcoal barbecue for outdoor dining.

If you are not sure of what you need or need not bring, please do not hesitate in asking us.

You have your own access in and out so you can come and go as you please as late as you want, when you want without disturbing anyone. The fields and adjoining land do not belong to us and are private. There is no access to these areas.

We live on the property in the farmhouse and will always be on hand to offer help if needed. We will be respectful of your privacy and will not disturb you unnecessarily.

Please note that we have a no smoking policy in the holiday home, no single sex groups of more than 2 people and pets are not allowed.

Please note that the holiday home is situated just off a main road so there will be some traffic noise but this makes for easy and quick access to all areas and attractions.

Nice getaway place

We had a great time whilst visiting Wales. Easy access to the beaches and other many fun places for family. The place had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed DVDs and games which were kindly prepared there. Especially we enjoyed the duck eggs they left for us as a welcome pack. Thank you for such a lovely place.

A Lovely Holiday Caravan and Garden

We arrived to a warm welcome and gift pack. We especially enjoyed the duck eggs. The Caravan is ideally situated to enjoy Saundersfoot 5 minutes away and Tenby 10 minutes away. As well as the rest of Pembrokeshire as it is on the road to Pembroke. The caravan was a good size, spotless and well looked after. We also loved the large lawn for our family frisbee games. Many evenings of fun was had playing tension tower (Jenga) and a few of the other board games we found in the caravan. All in all we loved our stay and have recommended it to family who are looking to stay in September. We also had a very nice meal in the Begally Arms a 15 minute walk down the road in Kilgetty.The only drawback I could mention is the noise from the busy road but that really didn't matter that much.

Caravan holiday

Really enjoyed our long weekend at this property clean,comfortable, nice gardens you can hear the traffic from the main road but didn't bother us would definitely book this property again welcome gift of tea coffe sugar milk and biscuits.

We were attracted to this property because of its central position to the south Pembrokeshire beaches and seaside towns and the numerous attractions and activites all within a short drive.

Large private garden, private parking, great location being convenient for all South Pembrokeshire attractions and beaches.
Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo is just a couple of miles away. Nearest beach is little over a 5 minute drive away.
