Family Friendly Cottage Located Near Pool and Amenities

SHORT AND LONG TERM RENTALS AVAILABLE

This well-maintained cottage has an open living room, with a vaulted ceiling and a well-lit loft. Hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms, and a gas fireplace. A large deck off the living room with a view of the amenity park, pool, tennis courts, and mini golf course. A large well-equipped kitchen with a spacious eating area. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom has a deck off of the back. The sunny loft has a queen bed and a 3 piece bathroom. Our cottage comes fully furnished with all the conveniences of home.

We are situated near the center of the resort, on a quiet street and only a few minutes walk to the main pool, hot tubs, sand-volleyball court, playground, mini golf, common BBQ area, tennis/pickleball, convenience store, and restaurant. The lakefront at LaCasa is a combination of a marina, boat launch, fire pits (based on local campfire rules), parking, 2,100 feet of beach (mostly rock with some sand areas) and an aqua park.

The adventurous group has the opportunity to explore 100 acres of backcountry including an extensive network of trails for hiking, mountain biking, ATV, dirt bikes, or snowmobiling. Water sport enthusiasts have easy access to Lake Okanagan at La Casa’s own marina and beach.

Our goal is to make your stay relaxing with the hope that you create memorable experiences for your family.

Boat slips are available by advance booking through the Strata Office.

Beautiful cottage!

We had the pleasure of staying at the la casa cottage from March until June. Very well appointed cottage just bring your suitcase and some food. The owners were great to deal with they made sure we felt at home in their cottage. La casa has great amenities mini golf, pool, hiking, tennis etc. We look forward to staying at their cottage again. WOW! Great Vacation Spot!

We had such a great vacation! The resort has many amenities that kept the kids busy all day. We had many choices of things to do, from swimming in the pools and lake, to tennis, mini golf and beach volleyball. We were here for a family reunion and were so glad we chose this resort for our venue. The cottage was very clean, well maintained and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. Having internet and satellite TV was a bonus! Also being so close to the store, pool and park made it easy for us to get around. The owners were very easy to work with and were helpful in suggesting the locations of cottages for our 4 families. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. THANK YOU for making the reunion a success! We will definitely be returning next summer.

A great family stay

The cottage was exactly as advertised and the property overall is great for a family vacation. The pool was short walk and was nice if a little small for the size of the la casa community and was quite busy most of the time but the kids had lots of fun none the less. The tennis courts were well maintained and were busy throughout with lots of people playing tennis and pickleball. The lake is great with the large inflatables which the kids really enjoyed playing on and being shot into the air on. The "beach" however is really hard on the feet with very sharp rocks that without water shoes is almost unwalkable even to just walk in and get into the water. The owner is great and the place was exactly as described and well maintained. The only downside of the trip was the heavy smoke and a late night evacuation as the fires got too close but absolutely no fault of the the la casa community or the owners obviously. Will stay again in the future as its a nice spot for a relaxing family holiday especially when conditions are more normal and the whole province isn't one big forest fire.

We had a fantastic time at the La Casa resort and really enjoyed the cottage. The owners were great to work with and we did not have any problems during our stay. The resort is well laid out with lots of activities to keep us busy and the cottage itself was clean, well maintained and located very close to the amenities park. Relaxing Okanagan Vacation

Our family always looks forward to our annual La Casa vacation. We have been returning to the same cottage for years, the owners have always been very accommodating and responsive. The cottage is equipped with everything you need, and has always been clean and comfortable. The A/C is awesome, satilite TV and WiFi works perfectly. The outside patio/deck is spacious and equipped with a BBQ. The cottage location is superb, just a hop skip and a jump to the general store, pool/hot tub, park, tennis courts, volleyball courts and mini golf course. Makes it really convenient and safe for the kids to come and go as they please. The beach is clean and well maintained with lots of chairs/loungers and a few fire pits to enjoy a campfire in the evening. The kids absolutely LOVE the Aqua Park at the beach! Overall an awesome property and location, highly recommended!!!

Beautiful Cottage INDEED!

What a great place to stay for our family get away. The cottage was in a perfect location and close to everything.that we needed. Including, the park, store, tennis courts and pool. It was in a nice quiet location on a flat level road so my kids could easily ride their bikes and roller blade while we sat on the deck and enjoyed the view and some wine. The cottage was clean, well maintained and the owners were very easy to work with. The cottage was 2 patios so when one area was too hot from the sun, we moved to the other patio for some shade. Loved our trip and had a hard time leaving! Many thanks for our worry free vacation!

Fantastic Cottage

Had an awesome thanksgiving weekend at La Casa. Owners were excellent to deal with, and damage deposit was refunded very promptly after stay. Cottage was clean and owners have made sure there is lots of bedding/towels etc. We will most certainly try to book this cottage again when we can.

Lacasa Cottage

We stayed here for one week in July. The weather was fantastic! The cottage was very well maintained and clean. All linens were fresh. Cottage had everything we needed. We found the cabin location to be peaceful and very relaxing. The pool and amenities were easily accessible. Would highly recommend staying in this cabin. The owners were very helpful and ensured that we enjoyed our stay.

Near the pool and store

This was a great cottage to spend our vacation last summer. The location was very close to the pool and park area where we spent most of our time. Our children loved the pool and park so much that we had a hard time getting them to leave! We have already booked our vacation at the same cottage for this summer and can't wait to get out there again. Perry and Jill were very easy to work with and I have recommended the cottage and resort to our friends.
