This is a fabulous one bedroom holiday home in the heart of Sandown with the benefit of sea glimpses. Nicely tucked away on a private driveway with parking. Private front and rear access. Self check-in available. 25% DISCOUNT ON RED FUNNEL BOAT CURRENTLY RUNNING TILL MAY 21. Non smokers only please. It is walking distance to the lovely sandy beaches, town centre ( town not looking it's best but sandy beach is lovely), restaurants and transportation. A Car is not necessary if you like travelling on the local buses and the train station is approx 15 minutes away. This home will appeal to all types of couples whether energetic or those who just want a relaxing holiday. Private patio. Many coastal walks and bike trails within minutes. Near attractions like Dinosaur Isle and IOW zoo famous for its tiger sanctuary. Umbrella, chairs, beach towels, cooler for beach all available without extra charge. Sorry we cannot accommodate children. Excellent also for a WINTER BREAK. The island is much quieter in the winter months and many attractions are open all year round. Just to List a few: Osborne House, Carisbrooke Castle, The Needles and Alum Bay, Brading Roman Villa, Garlic Farm, Donkey Sanctuary, Bowling, IOW Zoo, IOW Pearl, Amazon World, Monkey Haven, Many Country Pubs and Coastal Walks. Tweedy Pie is an ideal place to stay for two. The layout was clearly very carefully considered and fits a lot of utility into a small footprint - everything you could need for your stay.
The garden was immaculate and a perfect spot to relax on a sun lounger in the afternoon.
Close to the high street, close to the beach, and Kerry was a great host

Comfortable cottage with many thoughtful extra touches. Very quiet, with off road parking. Outside plug available where we could plug our car in as needed was a bonus. Nowhere on the island is more than an easy journey away, we did some lovely walks, and had an excellent week's break.

Very clean and has all the relevant equipment for a No-hassle stay.
Extremely comfortable double bed.
Everything worked fine.
Host made provision for my cycle.
We were very pleased with the accommodation and the little extras we found on our arrival which we greatly appreciated. Even the weather was kind.
Entrance to house can be hidden by parked cars and so follow info from Kerry!! The inside stairs were well planned but might be difficult for those with significant mobility problems. We appreciated the art on the walls!
Lovely two story semi-detached apartment with beautiful back garden. All the mod-cons one needs for a comfortable stay. Kerry & Paul ensure the unit is spotless and ready for a worry free visit. Close to a lovely family oriented neighbourhood pub (Caulkheads), and a short walk to beautiful Sandown Beach, this property is ideally located for a holiday on the IOW.

Great little annexe to the owners house suitable for a couple only. Well equipped kitchen/diner/living area downstairs with reasonable size bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Very clean with up to date equipment. Short walk into Sandown and the beach was great so didn't always need the car. The driveway into the property is narrow and parking space is quite small so not suitable for a very big car. Overall we had a great week apart from the weather!

A great find this lttle GEM , secluded position, off road parking, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The garden at the rear was lovely to sit out on the patio and enjoy that glass of wine (or 2). Enjoyable stay at Tweedy Pie well equipped spotlessly clean ideally situated for seeing the Isle of Wight. The welcome pack was much appreciated and a real treat many thanks Kerry.
We loved the cottage and the owner was really nice and very helpful. She left a lovely hamper of food for us we we really enjoyed.The only thing was it was a little bit further away from buses and the high street than we thought. We would certainly recommend the cottage to anyone else. Had a lovely honeymoon. Many thanks Michelle and Simon.

We moved to Sandown 8 years ago and absolutely love the location. We feel like we're on holiday ourselves when we walk down to the beach or sit and enjoy one of many meals at our favourite restaurants alfresco. So this is why we built our holiday cottage so that other travellers can also enjoy the great location and have a wonderful holiday experience.
