About this property

Villa with private pool and free wifi near the center and the beach

The Villa is a nice villa situated in a residential area 15 minutes walk from the old town and the beaches of Pescadores and Peneco, this beach is very popular with tourists and local people, has a fantastic atmosphere and is an ideal place. to soak up the sun and sea and enjoy a great vacation with your family and friends. Sleeps 4/6 people, have a garden with private pool for the exclusive use of the renting guests, all fenced and safe for small children.
Spread over two floors, the house has two bedrooms one with double bed the other with twin beds both equipped with air conditioning, and a full bathroom.
Downstairs we have the living room and dining room and another bathroom, the kitchen equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, toaster and coffee maker and all the necessary utensils to prepare a meal at home. .
The garden is a pleasant place where you can relax by the pool and sunbathe until late because the villa is south facing or enjoy a barbecue with the family. There is a covered porch where you can park your car inside the property.
Very close to the villa we have a small shopping center with supermarket cafe, bar and laundry the bus stop and taxi are about 100 meters. Supermarket Lidl is also nearby.
Embrace the nightlife in the old town with its many terrace bars and world-renowned restaurants with mostly live music.
A 5-minute drive away is Algarve shopping where there is a wide range of shops and restaurants open until midnight.
As it is a residential area no noise is allowed after 11:30 pm. Children are welcome.

We loved our stay here and couldn’t recommend it enough. Maria is lovely and very accommodating, everything was ready for us when we arrived. The villa is in a perfect location, situated in a quiet residential area and just a very short walk to the local supermarket. It’s approximately a 15/20 minute walk to the old town, or just a few minutes in an Uber. The villa itself is spotless and has everything you need. The pool really makes it the perfect place to stay, it’s cleaned daily for you and the grounds are well looked after. If we return to Portugal we would definitely want to stay here again.

Great place to stay close to the old town shops nearby

Stayed in and around this area for about 8 years this was a great place to stay probably the best villa we stayed at with having its own pool it had everything you needed to enjoy your holiday. Maria and her family are very helpful pool cleaned every other day we will be considering staying here again on our next visit to Portugal.

Had a fantastic time at this Villa. Has all the amenities you would need for a self catering stay and for. The property is in a quiet residential neighbourhood with shops nearby and close enough to walk comfortably to the old town where there are a variety of great restaurants.The property was clean and well furnished. The pool was cleaned early, most days and was a highlight.Maria the host was superb. Great communication with lots of useful information for our trip. Many thanks. Amazing holiday

Me and my friends stayed here for nearly a week and had a lovely time. The house was so nice and Maria had great communication with us and would help us with any questions we had. Especially the outside area and the pool was amazing and very private. Would be back.

Good communication with host who met us to show around. Villa was comfortable and had everything we needed. Extra towels supplied for our stay although no pool towels. Pool was cleaned regularly. 2 minute walk to local supermarket. Can walk to Lidl and Aldi however local supermarket was just as good.Giro bus stops at top and bottom of road, if you wish to use, to town, marina or Algarve shopping centre which were lovely.Easy walk to old town along footpath and under roundabout. We did not use after dark as dimly lit but you can walk along main road or taxis/ubers were cheap to get around all local areas.Would not hesitate to return due to location and homely feel.

Great place to see the Algarve from

My wife and I stayed here for almost a week. Maria was a great host. The property is wonderful. We had a car and used this central location as a jumping off point to see the whole area. The pool is a nice place to chill after a day of adventuring. There are several good restaurants in the area without having to go into the tourist mob.

Maria was excellent communicated throughout booking. Contacted us and arrange to meet at Villa. She showed us around and gave information on what we could do and where to eat. Brought a fan to the villa, answered promptly. Permitted us to stay later on day of check out due to flight time. Excellent communication. Beautiful villa all that we needed was there. Pool lovely. A perfect retreat

We had a wonderfully relaxing 2 weeks in this lovely villa and did not want to leave it. The property is very well maintained and furnished with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday (not that we did much self catering, we ate out almost every night!) The real diamond though was the pool. It was such a luxury to have our own private pool and we used it every single day even when we’d been to the water park or beach. It’s in the front of the villa but you are not overlooked at all - it was totally private and no fighting over sunbeds! The villa is just outside the town so nice and quiet location but only a quick 15mins walk through the park if you wanted something livelier or a 5 min Uber drive down to the marina. There is a lovely Italian restaurant 2’mins walk away beside the pingo doce supermarket which is well stocked and has a lovely bakery - we have grown fat on their warm bread rolls and giant pain au chocolates every morning! Maria was such an obliging host - our arrival flight was very late and all the supermarkets were closed and she had some essentials ready for us which was so generous of her, her husband also cleaned the pool in the morning (not that it was dirty but sometimes petals would blow into it) and also arranged fresh linen for us mid-holiday which was much appreciated. We would be delighted to visit again and recommend it to anyone looking for something quiet but still close enough for the action if that’s what you want.

Maison Spacieuse et Confortable à Albufeira avec Belle Piscine

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette jolie maison spacieuse, fonctionnelle et confortable. Elle est bien équipée avec tout l'électroménager nécessaire, même si un peu plus de vaisselle aurait été appréciable. La maison est idéalement située à Albufeira, à proximité des grands commerces et à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la plage. La piscine est un véritable atout, agréable et bien sécurisée pour les enfants, et nous en avons bien profité. Cependant, il est important de noter que la maison est située en bordure d'une route très passante, notamment en raison de sa proximité avec la gare routière. Le passage fréquent de bus, de jour comme de nuit, peut être dérangeant, surtout puisque la piscine donne directement sur cette route. Malgré ce petit inconvénient, nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour. Maria Helena, l'hôte, est extrêmement gentille, accueillante et très disponible. Elle a rapidement fait réparer une fuite sur la machine à laver, ce qui témoigne de son attention envers ses invités. En résumé, cette maison propre et agréable est un bon choix pour découvrir les magnifiques paysages de l'Algarve. Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Je recommande ce logement ! Jolie maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison spacieuse et fonctionnelle avec tout l'électroménager à disposition. Cependant, nous avons remarqué 2 principaux points d'amélioration. Si l'extérieur de la maison est bien entretenu, l'intérieur n'a pas bénéficié de la même attention : bcp de poussière derrière les meubles, sous le canapé, autour des objets posés etc. Rien de très grave mais un peu embêtant avec des très jeunes enfants qui marchent à 4 pattes. Par ailleurs, dans les 2 chambres, plusieurs ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas. Attention, pour les bébés, il y a bien une chaise haute et un lit parapluie mais sans drap fourni. Ensuite, il manque vraiment de produits de base à l'arrivée : produits nettoyants de base, quelques éléments d'épicerie etc. Nous avons dû tout acheter. Louant régulièrement des biens en Algarve, il y a généralement un minimum de produits à disposition. Enfin, il est important de savoir que la maison donne sur une route très passante, qui mène notamment vers la gare routière. Il y a donc un nombre important de bus (et camions) qui passent devant la maison, de jour comme de nuit, or la piscine donne justement sur la route. Ce point n'est pas du tout mentionné sur l'annonce et c'est bien dommage. Cela n'aurait pas été un point rédhibitoire pour nous mais le fait de le découvrir une fois sur place est désagréable. Nous avons donc noté des points d'amélioration, et des aspects qui selon nous mériteraient d'être mentionnés dans l'annonce, mais nous avons tout de même bien profité de ce bien, avec une piscine agréable et bien sécurisée pour les enfants, plutôt bien situé à Albufeira, proche des grands commerces et à 5mns en voiture de la plage.

Nós proprietários fazemos tudo o possível para que os nossos hospédes se sintam em casa,no vosso caso pediram -nos para trazer os vossos animais de estimação o que aceitámos de bom grado o que não esperávamos que os deixassem sózinhos durante o dia inteiro,com as janelas abertas e em perigo de cairem do primeiro andar se magoarem ou até morrerem. Também não comprendo porque não comunicou a nós ou ao nosso staff os problemas de limpeza e manutenção durante a sua estadia pois poderíamos tê-los solucionado de imediato pois como sabe eles vão fazer a limpeza da piscina quase diáriamente,Em relação ao barulho da rua,as janelas têm vidro duplo que minimaliza o ruído,além disso estamos situados perto dos comércios (restaurantes,bares e supermecado) o que é inevitável que haja mais movimento que outas casas que estão mais longe dos comércios.

Great accomondation

We could really recommend this house. It is exactly as described and the pictures are up to date. The communication for the owner is very nice, quick and polite. We stayed for two weeks and visited multiple beaches in the morning and early afternoon and when we returned took a jump in the pool. The house is equipped with everything you need during a vacation. Every morning we got fresh bread and groceries for the nearby (300 meters) supermarket. And 1km is a Lidl and Aldi. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with no surrounding hotels with noisy tourist.
