Dear Gilberto, I’m sorry to hear about these issues for the first time from your review. Should anyone have any issues during their stay, we can only address and rectify them when we are made aware at the time. I trust the rest of your stay all went well and that the amendments you requested and that we made for you and your family were helpful. In terms of the ants, as I am sure you are aware, in hot climates ants are very common and we do provide insect spray that we could have pointed you towards had you of made contact. However, the only way to eliminate them is to ensure there is no food or crumbs of food on the side boards or on the floor. This can be difficult with large groups of people and children. If there was an issue with the dishwasher we would have been more than happy to send someone over to take a look as sometimes appliances need attention and we are happy to oblige. The TV channels are in both English and Portuguese. It is a setting that is easy to change. Once again, it is regrettable you didn’t call me to ask as I would have been able to help. I hope you still managed to enjoy the other channels none the less. Many thanks and we hope you enjoyed your stay with us. Em termos de formigas, como tenho certeza que você sabe, em climas quentes as formigas são muito comuns e nós fornecemos spray de insetos que poderíamos ter indicado se você tivesse feito contato. No entanto, a única maneira de eliminá-los é garantir que não haja comida ou migalhas de comida nas tábuas laterais ou no chão. Isso pode ser difícil com grandes grupos de pessoas e crianças. Se houvesse um problema com a máquina de lavar louça, teríamos ficado mais do que felizes em enviar alguém para dar uma olhada, pois às vezes os aparelhos precisam de atenção e estamos felizes em atender. Os canais de TV são em inglês e português. É uma configuração que é fácil de mudar. Mais uma vez, é lamentável que você não tenha me chamado para perguntar, pois eu teria sido capaz de ajudar.
